Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

My debit card was compromised and I went to this BoA location to report it and to order a new debit card. I met with Amanda who was extremely helpful with not only reporting the fraud and ordering a new debit card but also assisted me step by step with downloading a temporary debit card to Google wallet. Not only did I receive outstanding customer service resolving the issue with my debit card, she also helped me apply for a new BoA credit card which will help me save money with a 0% interest rate for 15 months in addition to earning points on my purchases. I truly received 5 star customer service!

I can not say enough about the service and value this Bank of America has provided for our small business. They truly understand what it takes to be successful and always go above and beyond. Robin, Nelson, Susan, Chris, Donna and Bridget and Lisa as well.

Great service! Friendly and efficent tellers. Hardly ever a wait. I usually have my deposit slip filled out and I'm out of there within 5 minutes. Looks like they have 2 or 3 tellers each time I go in. The one teller I've had the last two times has been working both the drive thru and front lobby. Hope they give this girl a raise.

The team at this location is phenomenal Especially for small businesses. The team at this bank has been dealing with the rapidly growing area of trinity and Pasco county and is still able to make every visit personal.

Sat with Chris to fix a problem with mobile banking and accounts. As in many things, one needs to be patient. Chris was very good as he has been in the past. He with the person on the other end of the phone got it done and corrected within the hour.

Bank manager Nelson Ferreira, Robyn Williams, Chris Douridas are always helpful. They are courteous & knowledgeable about their service.

Little guy walking around seemed to have good intentions when interacting with the customers on product support. Tall blonde teller lady was nice too

Akemi Bove helped me with handling my sister's estate. She is knowledgeable, professional ,and willing to take the time to get it done. Estates can be complicated, she made it a lot simpler for me.
