Publix Super Market at Mitchell Ranch Plaza

I want to call out the experience I had this morning with Misty in the deli department. I had placed an order last night for a meeting I had this morning and when I went to pick it up, I realized that because I ordered it too late, the order was scheduled to be made tomorrow. My bad, and now I was stuck with only a half hour before the meeting and no food. Misty stepped up and put together four subs quickly. She was so accommodating and even apologized, even though it wasn’t her fault. She turned an unfortunate situation to the highlight of my day. Thank you, Misty, for taking care of me. Your commitment to service and Publix really shines. See you next time.

The staff is so down to earth and friendly. On the day I went, I was pricing cat litter for comparison to the price in the country where I live. Hehe. My...how times and prices change.

I normally don’t shop at this location. I was in the area and was multitasking with other shops in the area.
I was very impressed with Publix in Mitchel Ranch Plaza. The deli was busy and was very proficient.
However when I went to cash out I was very pleased to see that the amount of cashiers was sufficient amount. Thank you.
I would also like to let you know that Kane was very helpful. He was pleasant and kind and assisted me with my purchase using the gift card & also helped to apply the $5 off coupon for which I couldn’t get on my app. Thanks for your outstanding customer service.

The place was very busy but there was no hold up. Nor was there a shortage in employees. I was so hungry I ate in the chair near the pharmacy. Everybody was so polite management didn't approach me and interrupt me eating. That was very appreciated 👍. I bought two different chicken wraps from the deli. They were fresh and tasted healthy. I highly recommend visiting and shopping. I spent little money. I even accidentally dropped my phone from my pocket and nobody had stole it. Very well surrounded community. 🦋Thank you.

This is a fantastic Publix. One of the best I've ever been to. The employees in the deli are amazing and very fast. If I lived in the area I would definitely be shopping there all the time.. also great job in the customer service department!

Christmas 🎄 trees are here! Firewood, too! Little pricey, but the trees are nice.

The best Publix in the state.... we go there about 3 or 4 times a week - the staff is always so helpful and friendly - and the veggies are so fresh you'd think you were at a farmer's market.

Can't really speak on the selection of the store or how well stocked they are but they have clean bathrooms and the family restroom was big enough for me to go in with the 2 kids and had room to maneuver around and not have to worry about knocking the other around. Only issue was the lock on the door didn't work so someone opened it and saw my son sitting on the toilet. The strawberries were great and so were the cookies.

Just want to say were great staff public hires. Just had a great experience with Vicky who found some water that I was looking for on sale at a different store and came out to the parking lot to let me know and then grab my cart. You guys are the epitome of great customer service.

Love this store. Yes, you have to shop the sales and BOGOs. Staff is always wonderful. Love Rosa the cashier—quick and efficient and friendly!

Always professional, respectful, clean, and organized. The only drawback is the price we have to pay for all that. That is not so easy to do on a fixed income.

Love my Publix ! We have 5 Publix stores around the area of Trinity .. They are all great but Mitchell Ranch is my home store.. love everything about it..

Publix is always great. My mom even uses the app to make her shopping list.

One of my favorite Publix, always crowded with people, but they seem to be a bigger store and offer more.
