I had to come and get my battery checked and evidently my battery was bad. I bought a new battery and the service was fast and fantastic by Eddy Rios! Very satisfied with my visit!

Rudy & Eddie went above and beyond in trouble shooting my car ignition issue. After determining it was the corrosive terminals, Rudy cleaned it up and applied terminals protectors and grease to prevent it from happening again. What would have cost me hours and money at a shop they took care of in 30min! Exceptional customer service!

Eddy from store 1072 was the best! He replaced my battery with speed and accuracy. He also made me feel great to be an auto zone customer. The store is clean and well stocked as well.

The Customer service I received from David today was exceptional!!! He helped me with my windshield wipers and he even replaced my fluid for my wipers the customer service was amazing!!!!!!

I went to Autozone for battery warranty replacement. A very helpful employee named Andy R. helped me out, answer all my questions, and was very proficient in battery replacement. I'm very glad I ran into him. 👍

I came in this morning last minute because my battery died and desperately needed a new one. Rudy, Tyrone, and Luke were SO HELPFUL! They got me out the door with a new battery in less than 30 minutes. Great customer service.

Tyrone and David were so helpful and patient in helping me to find what I needed for my air and brakes. Honestly I didn’t know what I needed but Tyrone went back and forth to figure out what solutions would work best. Very happy with the experience at this store. Also they are all very friendly!

Rudy was so helpful today! I need new windshield wipers and he helped me find the best one for my car. He also installed them which I really appreciated!! And he did all this while they were extremely busy, under staffed and it was about to pour outside. Very thankful for his service today!

I went to this AutoZone store this morning (8/22/2023) to get some break pads. I was assisted by David, who went out of his way to assist me. He told me that I also needed rotors and when I went to my mechanic, he confirmed this without me even mentioning it. David was very knowledgeable and did not try to upsell me. I will make this MY store from now on for all my auto part needs.

David was extremely helpful in testing and replacing the battery for my vehicle. Additionally, he provided me with a list of options for various types of batteries that I can choose from. I would definitely recommend purchasing parts from this store.

Very helpful location! Usually I go into an auto parts store and there’s no friendliness or extra help, not with this store! I originally went there for a dead battery and they were extremely helpful in providing options and changed it for me very quickly.

I figured out the next day I also needed an alternator (which had killed my new battery). I ordered the alternator for my car online since it was the fastest option (I have an older car and it’s not made OE anymore). I didn’t have a ride up to the store since I just moved here and didn’t want to shell out money for an Uber.

I called the store and double checked if I could return the dead battery under warranty if I bought a new one online to be delivered next day so I could get my car up and running to be somewhere the following day. The lady at the store said “no problem”.

Now in all fairness, I ordered the battery right before the same-day delivery cutoff, but got the confirmation that it would be delivered. When it was 10 mins prior to the store closing and I hadn’t received my battery, I called the store and spoke to Fabian. He was extremely courteous and apologetic. He looked up my account with me only mentioning my name on the introduction when answering the phone. Fabian spoke to the manager in my behalf and explained everything to him (meaning I didn’t have to repeat the whole situation over). He stated the manager, David knew what was going on and for me to call in the morning so they could get it on the commercial truck for delivery.

The next morning comes and I overslept and woke up to a knock at the door at 9am to a brand new battery delivered!! I didn’t even have to call! I know all this probably sounds silly, but I have so much going on right now that just this little extra from the store with being kind and proactive, went a long way in my eyes as a consumer. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for Auto Zone at 1722 Military Trail in west palm and Fabian and David!

I just would like to say this location not only had kind service but also made sure I left the parking lot with TWO headlights and they both were working . Mr. David showed a lot of compassion with putting in the work for my car . Thank you !!

Came in after work to replace my car battery, and David H, the store manager helped me find the right battery and even went out of his way to replace it for me. Everyone here was very friendly and helpful.

This will be my new go to place for parts.

Wanted to say how promptly Krissy assisted me this morning. I was prepared to go to the ford dealership down the road but she assured and assisted me in a better more affordable option. She also assigned David right away abs within 10 minutes of arriving is already installing.

So satisfied. I would not even be in the waiting room at ford yet. .
