Holiday Inn Express & Suites Port Richey, an IHG Hotel

My husband and I spent a night there this past weekend. It was a wonderful experience.
Leannea was so helpful and accommodating. The room was beautiful and they have healthy options at the continental breakfast.
We look forward to coming back.

We stayed here for one night and upon arrival there was a problem with the booking. We inadvertently booked through a third party and had the date wrong. I was not well, in a lot of pain and was irritable while my husband was trying to resolve it. The lady at the front desk whose name is Ashley was pleasant, personable and professional throughout. She was able to offer us a room.

The room was very clean, the beds comfortable and the amenities surprised me.
They have an actual Keurig in the room as opposed to those tiny machines in other name hotels that make blah coffee (so I never used them after trying once years ago).
The refrigerator has a little freezer and the refrigerator was very cold. Other hotels seem to have refrigerators that barely keep cold.
They also have more and better lighting in the rooms than others. This was important also.

The next morning upon check-out we met the general manager, Zdenka Pulliam who was equally professional and we told her of our experience and how Ashley did all she could to provide a warm and pleasant experience.

I was hesitant when I saw that we were "only" booked at an Express. I wondered how much could they offer. We travel and hotel often. This Holiday Inn Express and Suites offers more than many of the other hotels we stay at. As I stated it is better appointed but very crucial to any establishment this Holiday Inn is well run, great management which reflects on the wonderful staff. We come to the area a few times a year and will be staying here from now on. We are joining the IHG hotel plan.

We evacuated here after Hurricane Idalia
arriving exhausted, hot, and anxious. The girl at the front desk was expecting us and
when we arrived was working on a room to also accommodate our two puppies and granddaughter. She found a suite. The rooms air conditioner is ice cold. There's no smell and the building looks new. There's a bank of desks in their business section, in the morning breakfast is served, Hot eggs
Bagels, breads jams and jellies, fresh fruit and juices and BACON. The pool is fabulous with a HOT tub. Next door is a Putt Putt course, across the highway an Arby's. When we crawled into the soft sheets everyone was fast asleep. The location is quiet.
We found this Holiday Inn a fabulous respite from the post hurricane chaos.

The best hotel stay.❤ The rooms were extremely clean and smelled amazing. The toiletries were impressive and well needed. Had a great workout and a fabulous free breakfast afterwards. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Now I will be joining the Holiday Inn rewards program.

I’ve been in Florida for 4 months for work from Pittsburgh Pa. Out of all hotels in the area this the hotel you want to stay at. In my 4 months this hotel I’ve developed business relationships where they got to know and I’ve had the pleasure to know the staff. Feel like I’ve developed another home away from home with this hotel and support they showed me after my father passed away thank you for everyone in this hotel you guys are the best ! Promise when I am in the area I will visit!

Clean room, good water pressure, and comfy bed. Breakfast was pretty good as well for a hotel.

Rooms were very basic but clean. The pool was open. Breakfast was good, full hot buffet style. I believe the check-in lady's name was Olga. She was a doll and a pleasure to talk to.

Room was very clean and spacious; well worth it for the money. Breakfast was very good as well. They had the cheesey fiesta omelettes, turkey links, pork sausages, biscuits and gravy, hotcakes you can make yourself, and a variety of juices and fruits. Staff was friendly and courteous. I highly recommend if you want a relaxing stay.

Loved the breakfast bar in the morning!! Check in was a bit of an unexpected experience. We checked in on time actually a little bit later than we originally anticipated when we got there our room wasn't ready. However, our other party's room was ready so we asked if we could go up and wait with them. Easy enough right? Well we guessed wrong..... the manager began to gave us a hard time about this request, demanding that under no circumstances do we speak to the housekeeping because she did not want housekeeping to feel pressured to go faster. This was not our intentions at all, but when we got upstairs we realized that housekeeping wasn't even clean our rooms they in fact had been finished cleaning my room earlier that day? (We knew that this was our room as we were getting a room right next to our friends who also whose room was initially ready) it was just odd? When we went downstairs to get the key to our room the manager gave us an attitude for finding out our room was ready she just was unprepared. As for our room, it was clean and nice.l really like that instead of giving you disposable shampoos and conditioners they have in a reusable pump bottles of Dove shampoo, conditioner, body wash and they also give you a small bar of Dove soap. Personally I think all hotels should adopt this concept to help reduce plastic waste!!

Love this hotel staff was very nice rooms very clean the beds were super comfortable and the breakfast buffet was amazing especially the biscuits and gravy stay at this hotel

This is by far one of the best little hotels we have used. EVERYBODY was friendly, courteous, helpful and kind. The room was lovely, the bed very comfy. Quiet area. Really good Continental breakfast. There’s only 1 opportunity that I’d like to mention. Please fix the ice machine on the second floor. 😊Thank you.

Great Value! It's kept nice and clean. Plus it has all one needs to make a good trip. Service is fantastic, Dominica was so nice and extremely considerate! Also Jen was super nice too!! Really great staff, and definitely enjoying my stay. If you are looking for a perfect room, well you can find other options but I will say the value is definitely here, others you will pay a lot extra for not that much more.

Located on US19. The best and most clean hotel in the area. Friendly staff. Great complimentary breakfast, coffee, tea, hot cocoa and cookies! Outside pool and hot tub, also a fitness center.

Excellent rooms. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful. Beds and pillows were great.

I thought the place was great. Room was clean. They have breakfast and service was always friendly and helpful. I'd definitely stay there again.

This hotel was great! All friendly workers and great pool & breakfast! Will be staying again when heading up to Weeki Wachee.

Loved my stay here. It was quiet and the staff was nice. The room was big and so much more clean than any other place I’ve stayed in this area. Bathroom is totally separate from the rest of the room. Plenty of storage and place to hang clothes. Desk and chaise also. One of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in also! Would stay again and I definitely recommend!

The beds are so comfortable! The provided pillows have different firmness, so you'll find your favorite. The included breakfast has something for everyone. Coffee lovers will enjoy the in room Keurig. Can't wait to try out the pool and hot tub tomorrow!

The staff is so friendly and helpful. Everything was so clean. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. This is one of the nicest places I’ve stayed up and I travel a lot
