I came in the store not expecting much but was blown away by the cleanliness and the open atmosphere. The employees are welcoming and knowledgeable on any questions asked. Todds has been my go-to store for years for the level of professionalism and cleanliness that is just unmatched in the market. The associates make sure to foster an inviting atmosphere where you can safely discuss topics with employees and not be made to feel odd about them. Michael was very professional and a fantastic help at finding some new things for my partner and me to explore with. He was also very patient with me as I tend to ask a LOT of questions. I highly recommend this store to anyone wanting to explore!

Hello. I recently came into the New Port Richey location for the first time ever. I normally order all of my products online due to my anxiety and was immediately greeted by Rachel. I’m a very shy and timid person so talking to strangers about my private life is not easy but she made it so easy to approach her and she helped me with so many questions and offered me a lot of amazing knowledge. I hope that she is for my next visit! Highly recommend!!

Went with my boyfriend and was honestly surprised (as these types of stores have a reputation). It was brightly lit, we could actually read the packages. It was clean and did not have the "that store" feel to it at all.
Not only did they actually have good stock, the very helpful worker Rachael took the time with us, she was knowledgeable on the products and we even got to see some from the display and get a good "feel" for how they worked.
For a first time "shop" goer, between Rachael and the vibe of the store, I'd definitely feel comfortable going again and plan to do so!

A tall kid named Michael was so helpful with any questions I had about certain products. It’s always hard asking questions that maybe a little on the personal end, but he made you feel comfortable and was very professional about it. Place is clean and everything seemed fully stocked. Great all away around.

Came by on a whimsy with a friend and we left with a newfound respect for adult stores. This one is a model others should strive to be. Clean, well lit, organized with lively, helpful employees. Adrianna, Bev and Michael, and Taylyn were extremely friendly and helpful! They explained each product in detail and helped my partner and I choose what was best for us. The store itself was varied and organized, and the vibe was fun and welcoming. I’ll definitely be back to check out more!

I went into the Todd Thursday afternoon and was greeted by Rachel! She helped me find the perfect lubricant for my sensitive skin that caused no issues for me and my husband. She also suggested some great toys that we both enjoy using. Overall was a great experience will be coming back soon!

Came in today store was very clean, employees were friendly .Brenda helped me pic out the perfect outfit for St.Pattys day ..didn't realize how good of a selection they have of outfits amongst other needs LOL.Love the experience will definitely be back!!!

I am an entertainer and choose The Todd’s couple store for all my sexy lingerie I perform in. The ladies during day shift are the absolute best. They help me choose the best outfits when I can’t choose what I want. They are so patient and helpful. And let’s not forget the prices from the outfits to the shoes to the toys and yummy candy and lube. This is truly an adult Disney. My home away from home. P.s all entertainers get a discount. Stopped in a little bit nervous for my first time in the store, the lady behind the counter named Shay was very helpful and directed us around to where we asked and they where easy to talk to, didn't feel weird at all and left with a couple goodies. I'd say it was a good trip.

I was down not too long ago for a small getaway experience and stopped in just to poke around a bit after seeing the sign on US19. I am SO glad I did! I was a little embarrassed going in but Michael made sure to make me feel very welcomed into the store and took care of me. He made it feel as if I was doing something completely mundane. Definitely recommending to my roomie when she goes on vacay next year! ♥

Never having been to an establishment of this sort, and wanting to spice things up don’t go hand in hand, but I’m glad I came to this place first! I was greeted by a lovely young lady named Rachael who was not only knowledgeable, but she made me feel way better about being there! Definitely coming back for a doohickey or three!

Love this store. It was very clean and everyone was very friendly especially Racheal she greeted me as soon as I walked in and was very knowledgeable about the products and helped me and my partner find the perfect toy for us. I was in the store for the first time a couple days ago and I was a little nervous but the employees are accommodating and very helpful. One employee especially, named Taylin was so sweet, knowledgeable, energetic, and made my experience there very fun. Will be going back 👍🏽.
