Love this place! The staff is awesome and you really can tell they love animals! Dr Presley is awesome! She is very knowledgeable for best treatments based on animals conditions and gives good recommendations with ultimately the owners decision. Prices are reasonable and they tell you up front what it will cost with other options, if available.

Dr Presley is a very caring vet and went above and beyond for our new rescue Schauffie. He is doing so much better now that he's on medication. The staff are also very personable and helpful in every way..

This office is seriously AMAZING. All the girls here are just so awesome and although Moose hates going to the vet, these girls love seeing him and welcome him with arms wide open every time, which ultimately calms mine & his nerves. Sam always deals with Moose’s nail trims and he absolutely loves her. She is so patient with him and talks to him and has a smile on her face the whole time. Every time Moose & I walk in, Sierra and Brittany always have smiles on their faces and again, just so welcoming. Dr P is an amazing vet, understanding, knowledgable about all animals but in my case, dachshunds and their particular behavior/back problems. She really listens when I have concerns, and takes her time to address every avenue of what I’m telling her & doesn’t sugar coat important information. I will always go to Animal Hospital of NPR!!

This is the most affordable vet around here. The entire staff is so kind and caring. They are so good with both cats and dogs. I honestly wouldn't take my pets anywhere else. I definitely recommend it!

Dr Presley and her staff are amazing. I worry easily and Dr Presley always listens to my concerns and does not order test that are not necessary. I am so great full to have found such a caring and knowledgeable doctor for my little guy.

We went to this facility by chance and location. I had an animal in distress. She is a very shy, elderly female cat that, after diagnosis, was in heart failure. They were able to quickly assess her needs, get her stabilized for transfer to an emergency center, call them, and send records, blood, and diagnostics, so we did not need to repeat. They texted me along the way to communicate the conversations they were having behind the scenes, and they followed up with us. This is above and beyond what we have experienced, and I am so pleased to find a veterinarian( whole) office that truly cares. Thank you for being there when we needed you. Mama cat is home now, eating, drinking, and slowly recovering :)

Living in the USA I have not experienced great vets. They are so money driven. I did not expect that here and they told us things about our 10 year old rescue pup no other vet ever has. Highly recommend!

The staff here always welcomes you like you're family. My furbabies are well taken care of and they always get a treat for good behavior. The office is clean. A+++

Dr. Gail Presley is an extraordinary vet. She’s highly educated and thorough with her exams. She’s a miracle vet!! The office is clean, staff is friendly, and their located in a cute tucked away spot with personal parking. I’ve had Nala 5 years. She’s my problem child. She’s always getting into something. We live a very active life so she’s gets exposed to the world. Regardless of my efforts to keep her safe, she’s always exploring. Nala has been misdiagnosed by multiple vets over the years and it’s costed me additional money. But Dr. Presley has NEVER misdiagnosed Nala. She’s very knowledgeable and personable. Dr. Presley comes into the room to personally communicate. She doesn’t leave it to the vets tech’s. Even though she has an amazing team! I would never consider going to another vet. She’s been amazing with Nala and Atlas! We got Atlas as a puppy last year. She’s keep him healthier then I could ever imagine. She isn’t cheap but she’s not expensive, she’s very fair in her pricing! For her knowledge and personal treatment it’s worth every penny!

This veterinarian is outstanding. The front desk staff are super friendly and answer all my questions and/or concerns.

Love the staff and Dr. Presley. You do not have to wait in the lobby long at all to be shown to a room, they are very thorough and kind. They love their jobs you can tell. The prices are better than any other vet office I have been to and they are not pushy in sales. Love this place!

We have been bringing our dog and 3 cats to Animal Hospital of NPR for over 2 years and we highly recommend Dr. Presley and her staff. Dr. Presley knows her stuff! She really takes her time and explains everything in detail. There is never a wait, which is a huge plus. We are usually in an exam room within 5 minutes of our arrival. Their prices are very reasonable and they do not try to sell you anything unnecessary. Everyone there seems to truly care about our pets. We are very happy with the amazing team at Animal Hospital of NPR.

This place is absolutely amazing. They take such good care of my baby. If you want a vet who will actually listen to you and your dogs needs this is the place.

I just wanted to write you guys and thank your staff for treating my babies so well. About a year and a half ago, I had a really bad experience with a local vet clinic that resulted in the untimely loss of one of my precious babies. Since then, I’ve had major anxiety about finding a new vet and re-establishing trust in someone who would care for them as if they were their own. Every single person I’ve spoken to at your clinic has been so helpful, kind and caring with my dogs. I can’t thank you all enough!

I call Dr. Presley and her team “The miracle workers”. This team is amazing and knowledgeable. Oh, let’s not forget loving and caring! If you want your babies to be taken care of like you would, this is the place! Thank you for always knowing what to do and taking care of my babies like they were your own! This place is great! Our grrrl, is a big part of our family. It's been hard to find a reputable Vet that's reasonably priced, but we struck gold here! The techs and Dr.'s explain everything they are doing and feel your pet needs, to keep them healthy. The front staff are very accommodating, as far as appointments go and nice to boot!
Looking for a Vet? I'd say give them a try, I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Had an older cat that I knew I had to put to sleep. Being new to the office, the Vet had to examine her first, and they have been doing that while owners waited outside (Thanks 2020), but due to my circumstances, they allowed me to stay with her the whole time. The last thing my baby felt and saw was me holding her. Thank you A.H. of N.P.R. for making such a difficult time, during a difficult time, a little bit easier.

All of our pets (2 cats and 1 dog) have been coming here for about 3 years. We’ve always had a great time! We always see Lisa and she’s so wonderful. Checkout is always quick and easy, too. Love this clinic!
