I believe the young Asian gentleman at the counters name tag said Dalton Phan? I hope I read it correctly. Young man, you are a shining example of what retail associates should be. You were polite. You were efficient. You were all around Very pleasant to deal with. Your personality and welcoming comments came out genuine and so where you. You have a bright future ahead of you and your parents should be very proud of the man they have raised. I would literally do anything on Earth to make it so every time I had to walk into a store I dealt with somebody as amazing as you are. We need more of you sir.

Raymond helped us with some notary work. He was very helpful, we couldn't figure out some forms and he was simply brilliant and very personable. He represented UPS quite well

Dropped off Amazon return and everyone is friendly and really fast.

I go into the store almost daily and every single time everybody in there is so polite and quick to provide service and answer questions everybody in the store the staff is just amazing and the services are just as wonderful

We were trying to get papers notarized for our new home and Wells Fargo was extremely rude said they couldn’t help us. So we went to ups across the street and Raymond was so helpful and polite he is what customer service should be.

Super friendly and helpful. The clerk came outside to help me with a bulky item and carried it in the store for me. He did this on his own without me asking for help. Now that’s what I call great service!!! Thank you!!
