Crunch Fitness - Trinity

I just wanted to take time to write this review about how good this gym is. Almost every aspect of this gym is near perfect. The employees are great, the equipment is great, and the people that actually go to the gym are great as well. There has not been one time where i have had a bad experience or a nasty encounter. This gym actually cares about you and your body and lets people workout their body to the fullest. Crunch is the best gym around here and i would recommend it to anyone.

Love this place!! Been coming here steady for the past several months. The staff is absolutely amazing and keeps you feeling motivated to come back! Angel is cool, friendly and team supportive! I can’t imagine trying to attempt to go elsewhere.

I enjoy coming here. Music is always good and facilities/equipment are always clean.

I’ve been using Kristen as my PT for the past 7 months and could not be happier! Pricing is super reasonable for the service she provides. So if you’re in the market for a PT you need to reach out to her!

The gym is great. It's busy, like every Crunch in the world but there's plenty of things you can do even still. My only criticism would be the hair and whatnot matted in the mat in the stretching zone... that's a little icky, but as far as a gym goes this is a really good one. Angel up front is always super nice.

Angel is absolutely amazing, always greets me when I come in, I’ve been going since summer of 2023, 6 days a week. He even notices the small things like when I did my nails. Amazing guy, and look forward to going more and more.

I’ve been training with Trevor for quite some time now and could not say enough great things about my experience! He is knowledgeable, motivational, kind, and fun. I always look forward to my weekly sessions with him. The Trinity location is by far my favorite crunch location as well as it seems to be able to accommodate more people and there’s a lot of variety with their equipment. Highly recommend this crunch location and highly recommend working with Trevor!!

Crunch fitness is a great place to start your fitness journey. I Started attending crunch gym in the beginning of 2023 at 240lbs. I’m now at 175 lbs with great performance & endurance. With proper dieting & support from the crunch staff, I have been able to stay consistent in becoming more healthy & fit. I would highly recommend becoming a member!

This crunch is always clean and the staff is always positive and the establishment is super clean. Great time and great lifts.

This is the friendliest gym to exercise class I have ever been to! Angel and Sam is one of the best help and instructors I have ever had! Will always go here as much!

Great gym for the price. A little busy. Has lots of 45 lb plates and 35 lb plates

Honestly I had reservations about joining crunch. I was pleasantly surprised and glad I did. NO macho vibe at all. Nice gym with great equipment, people are friendly and the staff is awesome! Now get to the freaking gym 💪🏼

John and Sebi run an amazing gym - everyone of the staff are very welcoming and extremely helpful and attentive to any questions or concers. The gym is always impeccably clean and the selection of machines and equipment meets any demographics needs. Check it out 🙂

This place is great. Always gives good vibes. About a year of training here. The best decision so far. Machines in good condition, very clean and the staff is amazing. I recommend it 200%!

This gym is the best, I’ve worked out at planet, anytime, and even EOS. Crunch brings it home every time! Great atmosphere! Great people! Great gym!
