Food was really good great service and fast and fresh deff will come back again

Updated: Taco Bell’s corporate leadership stepped in and blew me away by how much they cared about this comment. Gave me a full refund and comped my meal. I don’t believe this will happen again to anyone who comes here to this location. Changed to 5 stars. Thank you for your dedication in making this right for not only me but all consumers that may come to this location.

If there was a zero 0 I would rate it zero. I paid $12.00 for an empty bag. Honestly I can’t believe they can get away with this. I even tried calling to get my money back and they refused. Don’t go here I repeat do not go here. You will regret it.

Ordered almost $40 of food through the drive through and it came right out! The drive through worker was super nice and patient .

First time at this location and the service was wonderful. Steven was attentive and the food was fresh. Only took quick pictures since I was hungry.

Every time I stop the food is always good. This location is so convenient on my way home. Today was great as well, but a little different, I have been struggling with a couple different things lately and I received this little note inside my bag “you are strong, keep going”. This is absolutely amazing and I burst into tears when I seen this. It made me feel so much better. Thanks you guys!

The manager Melissa is AMAZING! Her and the entire staff were very nice & provided excellent customer service. She went over & beyond with helping me. When I complimented how excellent of service I received from her so stated that she "couldn't do it without them (the staff)". Now THAT is what you call true leadership. Need more like her. Thanks again Melissa!

Fast food experiences should be uniform and mostly are. I may be prejudice, but the Zephyrhills Taco Bell is consistently the best in service, food quality, friendliness of the staff, and all around atmosphere.

Great Mexican food. I wish you pay your employees better. Food is great. But expensive for the amount and the quality! The place is sometimes clean but not walkways clean.
I like the people over their. They are always nice. Sometimes the special orders are messed up or not complete but they try their best?

Food was good. Ordered on the App. Black beans and rice had no black beans but about a teaspoon. I had to ask them to put some in the cup. It wasn't even a scoop.

They had my order right and they were fast about it. Way to go 👍👍

Went to Taco Bell for supper with my wife. Our order was taken immediately and accurately. Food was ready in just a few minutes. Everything was hot and prepared perfectly. This particular store is one of the cleanest Taco Bells I have ever been to. Everything tasted great. I will definitely return to this Taco Bell. We eat here about once every week or two.

We came through the drive thru at 10pm on a Saturday. We were greeted by Sky who was so nice and helpful while ordering and asked how our night was going and then Ty was also so pleasant and helpful as well. Like they should be the example of customer service for this company.

Normally when I go to fast food places the dining room is a mess and unstocked. THIS IS NOT THE CASE HERE. I wanted to recognize that the tables were cleaned, and the condiments were stocked. Impressive! Good job guys :) thanks for giving me a nice eat in experience

My friend and I went in the other night, and the young lady who helped us was very kind! Her name escapes me, but she was on front counter the night of Nov 27th. She also has dark brown/black hair and is on the shorter side. Even though I can't recall her name, she was excellent! I remember meeting her a few months before, when she was learning how to use the register, and I'm glad to see she's caught on so quickly! She was an absolute angel to me and my friend, and made sure she had everything correct on our order! I hope she's enjoying her work as much as we're appreciating it!

Taco Bell is a go to for me because they have vegan options. I've been to a bunch but this one had awesome service. The drive thru was wrapped around the building but they were so quick. Definitely a great location!

Highly recommend, I’ve already made three reviews cuz of how great this place is. The customer service is amazing and the people there are so loving and funny and they always try to keep their place clean and safe. On top, the food taste like they put love into it makin it taste so good that’s why I come here more then once a week and it’s so bad.
