Came in the store today to get a new phone and some other things and Martha helped me. She gets 5 stars in customer service all the way- she was polite, smart and patient and efficient!!! Wish everyone was as good as she is with her skill knowledge and customer service-

Went to T mobile to replace a phone since it was just lost. Had an old phone from 10 years ago and was ready to purchase a new phone. Salesperson Danillo Nalos was helpful, professional, knowledgeable but above all informed and honest. Thank you Danillo , from a happy and loyal customer. You made up for the aggravation from losing a phone.

Took advantage of their wireless home Internet. 45 bucks a month with autopay, service is nearly identical as the 75 dollar a month spectrum. Definitely worth a look.

I always have such a great experience at this store ! The customer service is absolutely amazing👍😊 Zach was very helpful , Patient , and knowledgeable as always ! I needed to replace a broken phone and he provided all the options for me and took his time with the entire process. I never feel rushed there and Zach always goes above & beyond to ensure the best service ! This is your #1 T-Mobile store in the area 100%

Martha and Zach were so amazing I wish I could put them in a box and take them home with me. Every T-Mobile employee should be just like them because all the other stores I go to don’t even compare to the amazing customer service and amazing personalities they have here. I recommend every single person comes to this store to buy their next phone because the experience is out of this world.

Oh my they were sooo nice and willing to help thank you DJ ,and Donna. You helped us so much and were so truthful
about everything no surprises. It was Saturday night and we kept them in the store after 8PM. They close at 8. We were not rushed, Donna put the screen saver on, DJ put all my information from my old phone to the new phone. We used to go to Gulview Mall Tmobile and they were rude and rushed us out. We will stick with Tmobile on 54. Again thank you DJ ,and Donna 🙂

Martha was a complete angel 😇 this afternoon!!! She was kind, she was patient, and she was just the one I needed to fix my mess! I panicked because somehow I lost ALL my contacts and Martha saved the day and recovered them. Thank you for being sooo helpful and kind!

SOOOO thankful for DJ. He has helped me on several occasions, when I got my Apple Watch, he even took the time to look through the different watches and which one would be best for me (and color options) I went in again today and DJ helped me. I had to get a new phone and he set me up with a new iPhone 13, there was a issue on the cellular side for set up and he had me come back to the store a while later and I found out he even went all the way to Land O lakes to solve the issue with the phone to make sure I had the Pink iPhone I REALLY wanted, Come to find out it was a error that tech support over the phone should have caught and DJ figured it out himself to get my phone working. Honestly the words above and beyond don't express all he did! He definitely should be corporate level for T-mobile! He goes way beyond his job title and made me so happy! I have loved T-mobile since I switched from Verizon a year ago! The customer service is amazing! This is my favorite location and I am so thankful for all he did to make sure I had a working phone!

This store was amazing and Martha helped us out with everything we needed! Answered all our questions and was patient, set us up to leave with a new phone in hand. However the T-Mobile on ridge and little (port richey) had very poor service, didn’t seem to care about our problems, wanted us to call insurance, and just weren’t able to help us with any questions or concerns. I’m happy we chose to go to trinity T-Mobile instead, and would highly recommend. :)

I came to this location looking to upgrade my iPhone 11. I spoke with Martha, and she also called over the store manager, DJ. They both took the time to suggest that I wait for my upgrade and get the iPhone 13 Pro when it comes out. For such a new product (which was announced by Apple yesterday) they were very knowledgeable and were able to help me determine which color I liked the best. They were very professional, and didn’t pressure me. Thanks guys! ☺

I really have to rave about my experience. Dj and the rest of the team helped me out tremendously with a confusion regarding my bill. They advocated and explained the situation… provided credits to my account until the situation was resolved by customer service at the corp level. Will def be coming back to this store as I know they have the customer’s best interest at hand! Thank you!

I went in today to port a number over and Alexandra was who helped me. Although, I did have to wait about 20 minutes or so it was not an issue as when she helped me she did it with a smile on her face. She was great at multitasking and the overall environment there was very nice. I will definitely be back to that location if I ever have any T-Mobile questions or concerns.

Great job today. There were 3 ladies there helping everyone and I believe one was the store manager but they were all very pleasant and nice.

An incredibly pleasant experience at the hands of an employee named, Martha. Unfortunately, a very crude young woman (definitely single) who I believe her name was Sydney or Cindy was crudely gesturing and belittling (Martha). Martha showed nothing but respect, poise and elegance when dealing with this woman whom I refer to as a menace. Great job Martha! Keep up the good work! Most customers appreciate you and understand the immense pressure onset by aforementioned customers such as the single dragon lady.

I have been a loyal T-Mobile customer for 16 + years . We were considering upgrading our phones and switching plans but we were unsure what would work best for us. Angie was super helpful. Her customer service & communication skills were excellent. She worked with both my husband and myself in navigating the new phones and understanding some of the new technology until we were comfortable. She never made us feel burdensome or silly wth our multitude of questions. She showed us plans that would work well with our needs. Most of all she made us feel valued as customers. Thank you!

I visited the store this week and had excellent service. Anissa and Zach were friendly, professional, helpful and funny. They made upgrading my phone easy, and helped with different options, deciding between phones, and more. Glad I chose the Trinity location and definitely will in the futute. Galaxy s10+ is a great phone too.

Excellent service by DJ. Very professional, courteous, patient and helpful. DJ thoroughly explained changes to plan and the differences between the T-Mobile and our existing Sprint plan. If all the staff works in the same manor DJ does T-Mobile has renewed my faith in customer service!
