Atmosphere doesn't apply as I went through the drive thru. Food was just 'eh.' As far as sevice, goes, they need to learn some better listening skills. Especially if they're working the drive thru. I only got about half of what I ordered. When I got home and realized how much food was missing, I checked my receipt, and I wasn't changed for what's missing, so at least they didn't charge me for it, but it does show that the employee who took my order didn't listen to me.

Server's went out of there way to make me 2 fresh fish filets sandwiches. Pleasant, helpful, smiling & thorough! Thanks !!!

So I only give 5 stars regardless of experience since people give poor reviews for nothing. These photos show how terrible they prepare their sandwiches. We as a state voted for 15 minimum wage. Gotta feel for any business owner who has to rely on help these days.

The sandwich wasn't hot. I had a long wait in the drive thru just to order then even longer to get two sandwiches and a small fry.

Consistent quality food for when a burger isn't going to do it

We pulled up at the drive-thru and had the nicest f r e s h est hottest, temperature wise sandwich. Also the curly fries were delicious I ate some Horsey Sauce on mine yum!

2/27 6:00pm this Arby's seems to hit it out of the park every time I'm here. Another awesome young associate named Nick. Great attitude and hard worker. And the kitchen staff was incredible as well, food was ready before I even walked away from the counter. Great work people! Thanks!

I used the drive thru. I had to repeate myself several times at the window also. We got the turkey bacon ranch sandwich. It was poorly constructed and not cut in half as usual. Fries were very cold.

Far better experience at this location than the one on Little Rd. near Ridge. Celebrated my son's first year at USF behind him and under his belt. 👍

Very fast, guick delivery for meal... food was great

Not much of a dine in fast food person for a couple of reasons, and this location isn't much different. However the food is delicious and the staff is generally friendly. Mop water could use some more bleach though.

Personally I never actually went out of my way to go to this place because I don’t normally like to go out of my comfort zone when it comes to food but I went for the first time the other day and I actually really enjoyed my meal. It was fresh, hot and a great price.

Very prompt service. The food was neatly wrapped, was what I ordered, and very fresh. There were plenty of napkins. I always order the turkey on toast, and they're consistently good.

The drive through was quick and my order was correct. The staff was friendly and although I don't visit often I can always count on Arby's being a go to lunch stop.

I didn't eat inside. The drive through was fast. The food was cold quickly so I'm thinking it waz sitting a bit. Otherise would be 5 star for fast food.
