Philly 40

These guys are amazing. They always have great customer service. The serving sizes are huge and the food is out of this world. Best cheese fries and cheese steaks in town! We've had problems with grub hub delivery in the past and they made sure our food got to us and went above and beyond. You will not be disappointed!

Wow, amazing food. Coming from a bigger guy from New England, best around! Love the idea of paying forward a meal to those who can’t afford one as well. I will definitely be back soon! Picture is a Philly wit wiz (get extra napkins, lol)

Small intimate place! The best Philly I have ever had! Seating outside with large flat screen! A must try!

This place is the bees knees. My partner and I stopped by after leaving downtown one late Night and they hooked it up. The Philly 40 is what we got and it was amazing. The service was spectacular too. The people that work here make you feel welcome as soon as you walk up. Highly recommend you stop by this joint.

Fast delivery of the best cheese steak I have ever had. Called the next day and ordered again. Just as good if not better the second time. Plus, the cheesecake is real New York style

** update** 12/29 my husband and I were ordering a couple of times a week but the past few visits in the last month have left us disappointed. I'm only adding this so the owner can see and be aware as they have a lot of potential. Up until about a month ago, there was consistency and the cheesesteaks were great. The past few visits, the bread has been so soggy it is like eating wet bread and it had never been like that before, even if we ate our takeout 30 minutes after picking it up. Last night, our onions were huge, long strips that were almost raw as opposed to diced and grilled. It really ruined the sandwich. I do not mean to bash because I truly believe it's just a matter of training and if you don't know it's a problem, it can't be corrected. We will be back but it will be a while to give them time to fix the issues. I can say that the lady who cooks delivers a great cheese steak but if she's not working, we're disappointed.*** Leaving my original review in addition to the update because up until recently it was very true! -Awesome cheesesteaks and great staff! Glad to have this place locally! I lived in PA for a few years and these are the first I've tried that compare! Y'all are doing great!

Got burger, fries, and chicken tenders. Tenders were perfect, nice and lightly crispy, not greasy at all. Burger was delicious. Super fast friendly service. Will definitely order from them again.

Stopped by today because I was really hungry and was in the area. I ordered a cheesesteak with american, mushrooms, and onions. It was even better than that last time I stopped in. It is nice he has a few tables to sit down to eat and the guys in the shop are all friendly. If you're in that area go give it a try

1st of all I wanted to say, I'm not sure if he was the owner or an employee(sorry for not being sure, no disrespect) was very kind/respectful. He even brought food to our car. My gf ordered the philly with cheese wiz, I got the one with provolone. My gf is from Pennsylvania, and I lived in philly as a child. Mine was great. I will say tho, I had never tried the cheese wiz way. I tried hers, and wowww. I regretted not ordering it that way!!

We went here twice during our time in Florida and we loved it both times! I got the chicken Parm sub both times and it was delicious! The cook, Ambria, makes the marinara herself if you catch her on days that she is working. She is extremely kind and cares tremendously about the people and food. I hope to see her again next year!

Finally a Cheesesteak that can hold it's own against cheesesteaks actually made in the City of Brotherly Love!! For the past 3+ years I've been looking for a cheesesteak that compares to what I was used to getting when I lived in the Philadelphia area. Philly 40 is the spot! This was my first time getting food here and apparently I came at the right time. It was their 2nd day open under new ownership and management. Let me start by saying that the manager (Ambria) was very friendly, when I was placing my order on the phone. She made me feel even more welcome when I arrived to pick up my food. I was treated like an old friend or family member (in a good way lol). I give the
classic cheesesteak an A+++, it was excellent. The roll was fresh, and soft with a slightly "crusty" shell (which is the way it should be), and the ribeye steak was flavorful, and seasoned just right. I went with Provolone cheese, and grilled onions which were proportioned perfectly with the generous portion of ribeye! If you want an excellent Cheesesteak, Philly 40 is the place to go!! I will be back again and again!

I don’t know how many times I have passed this place thinking nope doesn’t look good but I love Robert’s BBQ well tonight a passenger said it’s really good so I drove back and got two Wiz and fries. Ya’lllllllllllll go go go go this place is the bomb! So so so good and the service from Ambria top notch hands down the best Philly cheese!

I walked up and ordered the Wiz Cheeseteak. It was fresh and delicious! I am unable to rate the dine-in experience because they are under construction, but I will definitely return here for carryout in the future!

The food is very good. Well cooked, I have had several off the items on their menu and I can say I have been pleasantly surprised every time. Great and friendly staff!!!

Very good sandwich. Plenty of meat and cheese, something that many other places have cut. Was hot and fresh, meat was tender. Nice roll. Fries were golden and hot.

Ordered at 1:30am on Uber Eats for time and wings were amazing. They also included extra wings for us and left us a small handwritten message on box . Thank you !!!

Philly steak sandwiches, burgers and many other items to choose from.. We just had 2 of the Buffalo Phillys and the Philly 40. Amazing taste. Fresh, fast service and large servings. Was so good I forgot to take a photos of the food. Make sure to stop in and check them out.

New owners are doing something right! Regular Philly, Philly with cheese wiz chicken philly and fries, ALL GAS . A little pricey but well worth it if you want a good Philly!
