Robinson Restoration - Seattle

We are using Robinson restoration for our water loss emergency. Christian, Jesus, and Sam have been absolutely fantastic in their work at the house, and our contact Chase has been as well.

Work is still ongoing, but to date they have been incredibly professional-delivering quality, and have greatly aided our anxiety through a stressful time. They limited the disturbance as much as possible, and as an added bonus are very friendly with and considerate to our doggo!

I've been working with Kassidy G at this company and have nothing but positive things to say about her and Robinson! They've been kind, responsive, professional, and an absolute pleasure to work with. Thanks for helping us out in our time of need and making sure everything is always taken care of. I'll never stop recommending them to everyone I know! You guys rock!

I had a chance to have Albert from Robinson look into a possible water issue at my property. I must say Albert is a professional, well mannered, and knowledgeable person. He guided in right direction and made sure we're square on plan. I appreciate Robinsons and Albert for their quality work and putting customers first.

We are happy with the service provided by Robinson Restoration. Chuck was thorough in assessing the damage in our space and letting us know what needed to be done. Cameron was professional, courteous, and he took the time to explain the process and show us the work being done.

Had mold damage remediated and fixed by Eli and Jose. They did a great job.

Albert, Xavier, Dylan, Jess, and Cameron all worked on my house. They were professional, communicated well, and respectful of my home. They got the job done as quick as possible and with as little disturbance to the house as possible. I don't want water damage again, but if I have it, I'll call them.

Robinson Restoration came out very Quickly when my family called for water damage. One of their employees named Sam even came over on his way home to rearrange some extension cords so our power breaker wouldn’t trip.

Robinson Restoration was wonderful! Matthew did a fantastic job and was so kind and open about the process. He arrived within an hour of us calling for someone (in the evening) and got to work immediately. The next day, he moved appointments around to check on our home and ensure everything was going smoothly. We really appreciate Matthew and all the help provided. :)

Albert was extremely helpful. It was late in the evening, he made a long trip out to us, and was extremely kind, helpful, and professional. While we didn't need their services this time, we will happily return to them again.

Chuck and Matt did a fantastic job. Came to my home within 1 hour of calling and gave me an immediate assessment of my situation and options. I am very confident in the suggestions they gave me for repair work. Very professional and nice guys that were great to deal with.

Robinson arrived within an hour to assess the damage and determine who on their team to call to help us. Daniel was great and very sympathetic to our crisis at hand. The clean-up and drying crew were friendly, fast, and knowledgeable.
Christian and Dillon, our “Dream Team” clean-up crew, helped haul furniture and stuff out of the water and flood area and into another outbuilding on the property. Christian had helped another homeowner with a craft/sewing room flood previously and I greatly benefitted from that. They were pro-active in moving items that could become damaged, taking photos to document items being tossed because they were damaged, and save what could be dried out, like my bolts of fabric. They made sure wet walls, floorboards, and floors were sprayed down to help prevent mold, thankfully we did not get mold. Sheetrock, insulation, and carpet had to be removed and hauled away. It was a dirty job and they seemed more than happy to help.
The drying crew did wonders with blowers, dehumidifiers, plastic tarps, and duct tape. They checked on everything daily, calling/texting beforehand, and arriving on time. Taking more photos to document the drying progress and measuring for moisture.
This was my first (hopefully last) experience dealing with a broken water pipe. But if it were to happen again, I would certainly use them and recommend Robinson Restoration to others. The Robinson Crews were great. Worked well together, were always helpful and friendly.

Chase was very thorough and a pleasure to work with. He was focused on our satisfaction as a customer and ensured we understood the recommended next steps. He also made sure he wasn't missing anything that could be a headache for us in the future.

These guys are as good as advertised. After a small leak turned into a flood, Cameron & Jesus showed up and got to work cleaning up. They worked quickly and efficiently to take out wet carpet and drywall, and start drying stuff out.

They were very good about telling us what they were doing and why, and what they would be doing next and when.

They made a stressful situation a lot less stressful.

We had a leak cause water to pool in the crawl space under the house and had a wet subfloor in the bathroom. Chuck, Kelley, Drew, Albert and the rest of the crew were great throughout the entire process from dealing with insurance to protecting our floors and carpet. Albert was great while monitoring the progress and provided experienced, knowledgeable information. I hope I don't have to call these guys again but if the time comes I will definitely do so.

One of the pipes in shower burst and got water damage all over the roof in kitchen. As new home owners we were very scared and panicked. We contacted KELLY FARMER from robinson restoration and believe me when i say i felt like more than half of my problem solved after speaking with him. He explained all the process to me. He helped me all the way with go through insurance process.
He’s very professional, knowledgeable, humble person. I highly recommend him . He deserves the best of the best.
The work was finished by Robert and Chris and as expected the job was done wonderfully. They both removed the equipments very carefully without any damage to walls or floors. They both were very professional and nice. I am happy with the service i received! ROBERT helped me again with another project no doubt he was awesome as expected.

Chuck was out to my house to assess the damages from a toilet leak in my master bathroom. He was thorough, professional, cleaned up after himself, and explained the process going forward to repair the damages, giving me choices as to how to proceed. There was a bit of a mix up with scheduling but with one short phone call to the office things were smoothed over.

Can't say enough about this place. First off Xavier was great, very communicative. Worked fast to get everything set up and approved. Adolfo was also great, and worked with my schedule. Cameron and Chris came and worked very fast and efficient to get set up for the work the abatement crew would be doing, also two very nice guys. Andres and Osmar came in and got the basement done in one day, they worked really hard and we're also very communicative. They texted me when they were done and showed me a video of them securing my home which is very helpful when I'm at work all day. Everyone all around was just great. I'm very appreciative.

Incredibly grateful for Chuck and his team. We had a pipe burst the day before Christmas break and it flooded the house. We called several companies but Robinson was the quickest to answer and get a team out that night. Chuck was very professional and kind, he provided reassurance and guidance in a time of high stress for us. Chuck and his team were also very fast in getting everything set up and running, and also made time to answer all our questions and talk us through how the process will work. I felt reassured we were in good hands and Chuck was always a phone call away over the following days. Highly recommend Robinson!

Hello! I'm Lynn Dee and my husband is Whyle....we had a major sewer back up a couple of weeks ago, into the laundry room and downstairs bathroom. Panic! Action Jackson referred me to Robinson Restoration and what a blessing.
Chris, Xavier, Aldolfo, Osmar, Andres, Cameron have all come to our home to get the problem solved. ( if I missed one, sorry ) Each and every one of these wonderful men took the time to assure me that "they got this" and not to worry. Each one took the time to talk to me, explain things to me, follow up with visits and phone calls. They made me know I was in good hands with Robinson R. They care, they have compassion, they do excellent, quick work.
They all made sure the job was done correctly and completed.
I recommend all of them 100% and thank Restoration for having such an outstanding team.
