Absolutely LOVE this place! Had to do my physical and drug testing here for school my bus driving, and Nova is 1000% better than the Conentra I’ve been going to for the last 10 years..LOVE the people, LOVE the Doctors and I just LOVE the friendly, easy going atmosphere there ❤ everyone just made it actually FUN to be there because all we did was laugh and tell stories any time I was waiting for the next step. Just an awesome place all the way around 20/10 hands down!

Lauren, Daijia………. and John lol, definetly EXCEEDED my expectations when it came to me taking my pre employment, I did not have to wait long to be seen and was treated like family the moment I came in and that really meant a lot to me in todays times! They even handled someone w/ extreme professionalism that could’ve turned out of hand but Lauren stayed calm cool and collected until Daijia stepped in to further assist. Thank you guys for the PHENOMENAL support, people like you give hope that there are still good GENUINE staff teams out there. May all the successes you desire find you guys immediately, you deserve it and more. Thank you all again!

Service was excellent and very professional. They got me in and out , in no time. I couldn't find the building and they directed me right to the door. They were very infomitive about the process of doing the paperwork on your phone. My overall experience was a 10 out of 10

My experience at this location was great! I came in for a drug screening, the front desk receptionist was very nice, and she greeted me as well. John was amazing! He was very professional, and works at a fast pace to get you in, and out. It was very clean, and freezing cold lol so they definitely keep the germs away. I had 3 people in front of me, and i was still out within an hour. Thank You all

I had a great experience...the people were excellent and courteous

I called ahead and went there for occupational health. Phone reception and on site technician were helpful. No time wasted. Hopefully my results will be on time.
