Never say anything bad about Moe's. Great salsa bar clean area fast service clean dining room great value

TODAY WAS FANTASTIC!!! AWESOME, FRIENDLY STAFF THAT WERE WELCOMING & I APPRECIATED THE CLEANLINESS OF THE SALSA STATION!!! THANK YOU!!! (However, the App wasn't working, so that needs to be fixed, it never seems to work for this location) I walked right in and NO wait! If you like "Spicy", you'll LOVE the "Chili Con Queso"! Homewrecker bowls were yummy too!

No joke I thought Moe’s was kind of falling off the last couple times I had it but recently… Wow! They did such a great job the past two times I went. So good!

I love the food and especially that fast food and friendly service I love the manger Zion Jones great guy

I am not usually on that side of town but happened to pop in the card room last night. Moe’s is not usually one of my “go to” places because of the amount of choices in my area. My spouse and I popped by last night around 7:30pm and had the opportunity to be greeted, served and impressed by the Friday night crew. They were a well oiled machine in regards to getting out the food and working together. Every single encounter from the two young men handling the food to the blonde (I know there were actually 3 there) that was at the cash register were very pleasant. It was also closing time (I remember those days) and they treated all the customers well even when it was 8:30pm.

I found the manager's card above the salsa bar and on my way out I asked one of the young men if this was the person to write. At that moment he asked “was there anything I can do or help with”, that shows a true sense of maturity.

The food was good. I had a salad and my spouse had the bowl. This is fast food not gourmet but it hit the spot and I will tell you the customer service will keep me coming back when over in Orange City.

It looks like a lot of the bad reviews are people that use third party delivery, etc. Sitting there watching the process, they seemed to be on it in regards to putting out the food. What happens when it leaves, is another story.

Not bad at all. $8 and change i got a chicken BLT quesadilla that was sooooo tasty, chips (you can order a side of gueso) and a drink. Trust me it was filling. My husbands burrito was ridiculously huge. 2 hands to hold it lol!!

About a month ago I made a 1 star review because I came in several times and this restaurant was very unclean and the food we got was very sloppy as well as a small handful of chips.

This weekend I decided to go back and try it again (even though my kids were begging me to go to another location) but I am glad because I got to see the great changes that were made!

I couldn't believe how clean it was and the manager in charge was very impressive. I'm so glad because my family loves Moe's and I will be putting Moe's/Orange City back in our rotation when we get take out!

I always get good, friendly service here, no matter if it’s super busy, or dead. Every employee goes out of their way to treat you nice. Place is clean, and the food is good.

The food was great so so yummy very clean people were helpful full of good energy. Definitely will return

My husband and I went in like 30 mins before closing... super hungry. I didn't even realize they were actually closing up until I got to the register. The service I got was great. There were no attitudes or rolling of the eye. Even tho I'm sure everyone was mentally clocked out. Thank you for just being nice and great customer service. It didn't go unnoticed

Steak bowls are delicious. Never tried the chicken but it's my husbands favorite bowl.

Had a fun guy fixing my food! Just so sad they got rid of the fun food names and no moe-garita =*(

Amazing food, and there's usually always leftovers(Huge portions)

I have to update my review.
I made a simple request to just have my cheese melted in the shell. Add cheese to half, fold over and press in hot press. The burrito maker completely ignored me. Then after repeating myself he just refused.
I wasn't asking for something free or unreasonable.. melt cheese....

I had never been to a Moe's before, and we stopped in at a weird time, maybe 2:30, so it was pretty empty. All three of the employees working there were very kind and gracious, in spite of the fact that we split a $10 meal and had waters. Both the employee doing the food and the cashier offered to cut our order in half for us, and offered us all kinds of salsas to try with our chips. A 3rd employee paused to weigh the pros and cons of fresh vs pickled jalapeños. They were so nice I'm writing a review about it. The food was good too - we had The Stack, which was pretty fun and customizable.

My family and I have been to this location multiple times, however today’s visit was amazing! Naomi took such great care of us tonight. She has excellent customer service skills, personable and very sweet! Thank you for having such an awesome individual in your establishment! Joe was also great in caring for my meal because of special dietary needs.

Great Food and Services. Will come here again.
