This place is great! Came here with no high tech. knowledge of computers what so ever. Joe quickly gave me a rundown on what I was looking for, even referred me to a great speaker set at a great price! Got home and hooked everything up & just as I was shown in the store, everything worked great! The staff is very nice with lots of knowledge in their trade & the sweetheart cats really made me feel welcome & at home. I felt like I was talking to good friends vs salesmen to be honest, which was nice! These guys really know they're stuff & keep your best interest and budget as priority. I will be going here for any add. computer gear and more as well as my family and friends.

Awesome place. I brought my gaming computer in after it was glitching running Oculus. Staff was knowledgeable and explained my options. They quoted the job and quickly upgraded all the necessary components. I highly recommend them for your computer needs.

I had a very important computer at my business fail to boot up one morning and leave me in a tough position. While all the data was backed up, it was going to be very tedious and costly for my business to replace it. Badboy computers was able to get someone onsite to look at it within 30 min. When the first recovery attempt did not succeed I dropped it off for Kevin to work on. He followed up with me via phone over the weekend and I was able to pick it up on Saturday, the day after I dropped it off. He inspected the PC while he had it and ensured me the hardware looked good. It's always refreshing when you don't have to defend against a sales pitch. I very gladly paid Kevin for his time. I couldn't be happier with the outcome and the service.

I've used them several times for laptop repair, and they have found and fixed even obscure issues. In fact, they have done some quick diagnostics without handing me a bill. Very honest, friendly, and helpful. Sometimes the company cat will pop up on the counter to check things out, too. 😼

My PC blew its power supply, and having been in the electronics field for over 20 years I had the feeling that this was the cause for my PC not powering up.

Went to Badboy and Kevin confirmed my suspicion. Not only did he do that, he also went ahead and fixed it with a spare (used) power-supply that they had in store. Total time from enter to exit from the store, 30 minutes, and now with a PC that was up and running.

I would not expect this situation and its out come to happen the majorities of times. I have been a customer and have used this store for over 4 years now; it has always been a pleasure to do business with the courteous and knowledgeable staff.

These fellows are absolutely the best in the business. No nonsense computer and network-solution experts. It had been our experience that they can accurately diagnose and solve almost anything. They even come to our work site and solve on site in real-time. Kevin Chris and Gary are straight shooters who run a no BS operation

They have all sorts of computer and gaming stuff. I went in because I could not access my operating system. I had them download a recovery disk for me on USB. I also found a replacement fan for my case there.
It turned out not to be my operating system but a problem with my bios. I did order a new motherboard, CPU and ram online and will see if my old board is repairable.

Tuesday evening, I discovered I had a very dead computer. Despite multiple levels of surge protection, the Tuesday afternoon storm had gotten to my poor computer. Wednesday, my husband took the tower to Badboys to get a diagnosis - repair or replace. In an hour or so, he was back with my restored computer, fully functional. Service charges were very, very reasonable and I am back in business. Many thanks, Badboys.

Friendly knowledgable customer service, honest, reasonably priced and have cool shop Cats. I have used them several times for various repairs on PC & Laptops as well as recommendations.
