Big Lots

Even though there was a line. I thought that it went pretty quick. They have plenty of people running the cash registers and it didn't take me that long to get my turn.

I can always find some cool items here for a good price. If your looking for something particular check here first before Wal-Mart. Had to exchange an item, the process was easy and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Prices are great large selection very clean

When I'm looking for inexpensive small we r items I can usually find a few of them here

Nicely laid out. Great buys! Friendly cashiers!

What a horrible shopping experience Don't go here for FURNITURE
Got a couch from one of your competitors for hundreds of dollars less then the best deal on a couch that had holes and reps I got it delivered
The young lady that runs the furniture register was ok the manager in charge of the furniture on the other hand was not what I call consumer-friendly
It's too bad to I've been there a hundred times I always find a great deal my mother was so bummed out she had a 20% off coupon she couldn't use
And she was going to spend a few thousand dollars on
Which she did just not there 😵😞😵

Very helpful and great customer service. I made a mistake in wanting to buy a buy 2 get one free but I picked up the wrong brand for my free item, they politely let me leave my cart and items where they were so I can get the correct item and the cashier simply moved to another register not to hold up the other customers and when I returned continued ringing me up and gave me all the discounts going on including my military discount. Fantastic cashier, great customer service and very personable. Kudo's to that cashier Big Lots!!!

I was there today and I needed paper plates they will on top shelf and she stopped what she was doing and went got ladder 🪜 and got them down for me. She was very kind and helpful to me and the ladyin front of me. She deserves reconciliation and also she was the one employee around and had a line of about ten people.

Got exactly what I needed helpful staff. Went into the WH and brought out what I asked for. Still good bargins

Love the buys here especially when they hold their Customer Appreciation weekends - 20% off entire purchase! They have it approximately every 3 months or so. Even if you don't have a Rewards card, they usually have coupons at the store, on the designated weekend, to take advantage of the 20% off.

Can not believe how this store has changed. Everything is organized, the store is clean, employees always friendly and helpful but now seem to have a sense of pride. This store has come a very long way from what it was, I will definately start shopping here. Kathy you r the best employee 👏

It’s nearly impossible for this big lots to let you down. The staff is nice and the items are cheap. What more can you ask for? Next time you’re buying groceries... try big lots! Big lots offers the best deals on snacking items such as pop tarts and cheese it’s. Most impressive overall though is their selection of furniture. Not too long ago they had a sale on their outdoor selections I believe. Keep it up guys!

prices. Broyhill furniture with great payment plan. If you haven't been there in a while you are missing out. Even the look is inviting soon as you walk in. Totally different experience.

I went to buy to day and Kathy is the best employee big lot can't have.She now have to take good care to the clients.my card of rewards need to be updated and care tha information is was right.Is sad went company don't recognize good employees.given hours to bad employees.kathy to day I recognize you work.blessing wall ways.

Manager Nick went above and beyond to help me when biglots.com severely messed up my order by triple charging me and not confirming/processing my order. After getting no where when I called the corporate customer support line I decided to call my local Big Lots. Nick listened to my frustrations and empathized with my situation. He did not hesitate to help order what I wanted and had it delivered to his store and he even gave me a business card to the movers that they use. He is friendly and professional. Next time I’ll make sure to only shop at his store! Thank you again Nick!!!
