I had a great experience today with the manager Ken. He saved me a lot of time by showing me how to setup what’s app. I am new to iPhone and he made learning so easy. I appreciate Ken and wish him much success. Everyone was so polite.

Today I went in to verify my identity , the store wasn’t crowded , 3 agents were there, only agent that was free was “Tacori” who assisted me in getting my identity verified for a line of credit since I was unable to do it online for whatever reason. It was smooth experience only downside is that I have to wait 24hrs for a response after providing documentation of my identity I.E Social security card and ID to see what my options and down payment for what I want would be. Just thought I’d post this review since this was an actual experience I had today.

I had a great experience today. I had many questions and some back and forth with decision making but my salesperson Jeniree was awesome! She was knowledgeable and informative. She’s Spanish speaking so there were times she had to break away to help other customers but I never felt neglected. I felt like she still tended to my needs while making sure those customers’ needs were also handled timely. If you stop by, go see her!

Switched to T-Mobile yesterday at this location. Had a great customer experience. Mobile expert Zaynah was terrific. Very knowledgeable, efficient and curteous. The switch was completed in a short amount of time. Very impressive.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Kiona! Just let me say she was awesome she answered all my questions and helped fix things that customer care had done incorrectly. She was very friendly and amazing to work with.

I forgot her name but it started with an A & she was awesome ! Gratef Customer Service and very helpful !!

Love this location. When my cell phone has a problem the issue is promptly resolved by Terrell. Never had a phone tech problem he could not solve. Wait times are sporadic and parking may be tight.

Great service at this store. My T-Mobile expert, Zayna C. was very professional, through and answered all my questions. I am a former Sprint customer and new to T-Mobile, did not know what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of service and would highly recommend going to this location.

Chris and the rest of the staff at this T-Mobile store were so nice and helpful. We came in to fix a problem that my father was having with his phone. And Chris was so helpful and patient with him. He did not try to push him to buy a new phone. Instead he made suggestions so that buying a new phone was the last resort. I really appreciated how patient he was. And the service was so quick! I went there prepared to wait for at least 30 minutes or more just to get waited on. I will definitely return to this store with any issues I may have in the future.

Had a not so good experience with a phone rep. I went into the Mt Zion location and Kory gave me all the information I needed to make my experience as a customer better. Knowledgeable and honest.

I came into this location for a simple question. I was paired with THE BEST mobile expert hands down. Kory was very very informative about my plan, he informed me of the ways to improve my plan while saving money, he was not pushy but presented the whole picture and let me make the decision. Besides myself, my other kids benefited from this experience as well, they all have phones now!!
This location has improved so much once it became Tmobile. I highly recommend 10/10 stars

This place has really awesome service. You are greeted and acknowledged. I came here because I was tired of paying a higher bill with Verizon. Honestly it's 2022, a phone bill should not cost you what you would pay for a vehicle. The service is good, I was able to get all new devices and I'm very satisfied. Sasha was my Sales and Support Associate at this location, and she is awesome at what she does. Every concern I had about services with was patient and very helpful. It also helps that she is very happy and loves what she does!

Had a great experience at this location. My rep Sasha made things very easy and was extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend this location and be sure to ask for Sasha! She was able to find the best plan for me and hook me up with some cool promos

Awesome service from Ley or Lay . She was patient . I came in for two different accounts and she was able to answer all of my questions . Lay told me of all the deals T-mobile has to offer . Everyone was swift in the store and welcoming . I needed internet for my new home and she did great job !!!! Thank you !!!!

I am a sprint customer and had dropped my phone. Needed a new screen and was told this was the only store I could go to. I had to drive over an hour to get there so I was already not happy. I arrived at the store around 2 pm. I was greeted and was told they would call me up shortly. 10 min later they had my phone and said it would be about an hour. I am a business owner and really needed my phone, and instead of being upset about the wait, I was more intrigued by the employees. Every person that came in was greeted very friendly. The employees remembered my name and kept me in the loop every step of the way. The hour then turned in to another hour. Which was brought to my attention. I knew they were busy and they were helping so many people. It was actually ready in 30 min.! These employees were fantastic, friendly, and super helpful. I would not hesitate to hire any one of these employees for my own business! Keep up the good work guys!

I am absolutely pleased with the service and the quality of the store. For some reason my phone just wanted to blank out due to hardware issues there were no physical or water damage to the phone and the technician was nice enough to confirm that. Not only did they order me a replacement that was at the store the next day no later than 2 PM but they were very nice and kind. Sauwanna Was an excellent associate that was very honest and personable. The associate essence that help me update and set up my new phone once it came in was also a sweetheart and very helpful as well. Kudos to management for keeping up the morale throughout this establishment it really means a lot and it's definitely displaying in the effectiveness of all the employees on staff !

The person that help me today was named lyric and he was super helpful and fast about it. He figured out an issue with my phone that 3 other t mobiles could not. Thank you again lyric.

Im only giving this rating because of the manager Lyric, i came a previous time and the "manager" who assisted me(i think her name was sheila) when i walked in was very rude and snappy and honestly didnt do anything.

The store was busy so I understand bouncing around but while everyone was busy she was on her phone. I left and planned to go to another location but came back another day and thats when i was introduced to lyric. He even spoke a little Spanish to my mother to help is until their bilingual rep was available.

Lyric saved my experience other then that this store is typically busy so try to come when yu have time but the store is pretty efficient and have a good stock of phones when my family comes in.
