Worthless realty is more like it. Listed this property for 185k. 720 SQ ft with exposed conduits. This should be criminal. This company is what's wrong with the real estate market.

I’m a realtor and I’ve been trying to get in touch with John Sherwood since last Friday. It’s now Tuesday. I have left voicemails, sent emails and called all 3 agents they have listed in their office. I even clicked the option for general inquiries. No one picks up, no one messages back, no one returns phone calls or emails. And there is no cell phone listed for him. I have a client who wanted to see a listing of his and I can’t seem to get anyone on the phone or any information for this property. I had a showing appointment scheduled which was approved by John only to get there and the lockbox be open and thrown on the ground with no key in sight. I’m not sure how this company is still in business, HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE.

This place is a joke. You can’t get ahold of anyone in the office. I bought a home that was listed by them and can’t get them to respond to me. They are scammers who sold me property but apparently not the home that’s on the property. I would not recommend using this company to anyone

This office does not respond to agents who has buyers, we are the buyers and along with my agent I have tried reaching out every way and nothing back. How can they even get listings still, if your planning on selling or buying with them I guarantee they are not professional and scammers.

Have emailed called left messages about a property they have listed and no response.

Awful office. The Broker (John) is very shady. He does not care about his clients or the properties he list. We had the worst experience with him and his office. Please check out the other reviews online about the way he conducts himself and his business.
