I had an outstanding experience. I bought my first canik yesterday. As someone who works in sales I definitely have to say my salesman was top-notch. I highly advise you going to see keith, he has the impressive sized beard! His vast knowledge of firearms was impressive and his customer service skills are outstanding. I do not have a vast knowledge of firearms and he took the time to break down every question that I had and helped me make the right choice, there was no pressure to purchase that day in fact he advised me to definitely take my time while making a choice when it comes to firearms, and for me the no pressure environment definitely showed me that he truly cares about not only his job but me as a customer. Their store was clean and well organized, the entire staff had such a good personality all had smiles on their faces and I was able to crack some jokes and some laughs with them as well. Their pricing is definitely significantly better than their competitors. I've been to multiple firearm stores in Cobb county and every single one I've gone to has kind of rushed me out the door if I wasn't looking to make a purchase right then and there but this is wasn't the case with them. Again, as a successful salesman I can truly appreciate the kind of service that they gave me yesterday. They have definitely gained a lifelong customer.

I went in for a rifle part and was immediately greeted by multiple staff members. The armorer was extremely patient and answered all of my questions about which parts to buy. Great prices on all of their items. I will definitely be back!

I wanna thank Shep for taking care of a problem i was having with my 11.5 custom build. Had the gun originally put together by truprep. I went to test out the gun the following day. It had cycling issues unsuppressed and failing to lock back on last round. Brought the gun in to have Shep take a look at it and immediately deduced the issue of the underpass issue being too small of a gas port on the barrel. Got it squared away and he methodically checked every other part on the upper to make sure there was nothing else wrong. The attention to detail was much appreciated and even swapped out my dust cover. Great guy and great team at truprep

We've bought here before, and always had good experiences. Just a good vibe from the people here. Very helpful and relaxed. They've expanded and remodeled their space, and it looks great inside now.

I recently met TruPrep’s gunsmith Rob “Shep” Shepherd regarding a brand new Mossberg 940 Pro Tactical with a locked up bolt carrier and with the common problem of not accepting 7 shells in the magazine tube. Shep accurately diagnosed and repaired both problems and charged fairly. There are hundreds of 940 owners on the Web experiencing the same mag tube problem and none seem to be able to get it fixed. I’m relieved to have found an excellent gunsmith who also happens to be a really good guy.

Staff is very welcoming, and have an on scene armorer who does great work. The prices for the firearms are really good deals most of the time and the section is always top notch. You can sell your firearms here if they have space for it, and have and do ffl with approval. The merchandise inside the store is also top notch and has a very big selection on survival gear, Knick knacks, etc. take a look inside the store you’ll want to come back daily

This is a great store with lots of knowledgeable people on staff. They have some of the best outdoors and camping stock, as well as lots of first aid, canning, water purification, and general "prepper" supplies. These guys are one of my "go to's" for ammo, firearm supplies/parts, and they have assisted with multiple FFL transfers through the years. I've used their gunsmith services multiple times and have always been pleased with the service I receive. In my opinion, this store provides good value for the products they carry and the prices they charge.

Great shop, well stocked even when the panic buying goobers are out in force. Good selection. Best place to go if you want to piece together an AR. Staff is always helpful and friendly. Great spot for freeze dried food for camping, even has a great selection of vegetarian options, made it very convenient when going camping with my wife.

Rooster the shop pupper always greets my daughter and makes her giggle too.

I enjoy stopping in every once in a while to see what new stock is available. The employees are very nice and welcoming, and are available to help u find what you’re looking for. Store is well organized and clean. Prices are excellent and seem wide selection.

Truprep is a Great store. Amy has helped me with many questions about my Harvest Right Freeze Dryer that I purchased from them. And I couldn't be happier with the Berkey Water Filter system I got from there. For camping/Food Storage/Water Filters and other Outdoor items I love this store.

Pretty good shop. Ammo prices are average but what keeps me coming back are the employees. Very knowledgeable about all things prepped. One feller is a real cut up, long hair, he's a great time. I could talk to him for hours. Always helps me make good pepper decisions.

This has been a good store for survival and prepping for years, but the merger with The Preppers Vault has made it the best Preppers and outdoors store in Georgia. They have everything from meal rations, a library of survival books, training classes that are often free to attend, guns and a ton of AR parts. They have an entire room full of Ammo cans. Located just a mile or so off of i75, can't beat it.

Truprep is a fun store that has a good selection of all kinds. They usually have the best prices on accessories/mags in a retail store. They actually have a decent selection of ammo in the middle of this awful shortage too. Evelyn and company are super helpful and are very knowledgeable when it comes to a wide array of parts. If they got some more high end stuff they'd be able to make some wicked builds, they already know how to build an upper right for a good price.

Love this place! Awesome employees! Levi was very helpful. Even though the professional gun smith was in a meeting, he was able to take care of me and fix my Glock.

First time experience with this business and they were exceptional. I was there for a free FFL transfer and they couldn't have been more accommodating, friendly and helpful. The transfer went exactly as stated on the website and I was both amazed and appreciative that they did it for free. I did some additional shopping as they had a great and varied selection.
I rarely give 5-star reviews but they did what all businesses should do. Provide great customer service!!!

Went to the 10th anniversary event yesterday and had a really good time. I stayed for the entire shindig.

There were some very good deals on ammo and gear as well as some nice raffle prizes.

There was plenty of food, drinks and snacks which was good because the place was packed!

The staff was attentive and helpful on what had to be a very demanding day.

I'm glad they were so busy because it is important to support local brick and mortars! Support your local shops folks!

Kudos to TruPrep staff for pulling off yesterdays event!

This is the model every store needs to follow. Great staff, you don’t get that good ole boys club or have to be an operator to have a conversation with someone behind the counter. From your first gun to your first build to your 1000 gun, this is a great place. They have consistently had .223 steel case Wolf/Tula for $9.99 a box the last few months. Powder, bullets, uppers, barrels, lowers, vests , plates, FAKs.

Great Staff, nice selection of products. They have recently expanded their retail side of firearms and ammo, so that's pretty cool. The price of their merchandise is competitive with on line prices. Its always nice to look at something in person, and not pay shipping, and take it home with you that day. If you have not been by there recently, you owe it to yourself to check it out.
