We visited the store to have a sterling silver necklace cleaned. We arrived at approximately 7:30pm. The store generally closes at 8:00pm on Saturdays.

My guest and I were helped by Deon. She was most helpful. She cleaned the necklace in less than ten minutes.

She inspected the necklace and suggested that we replace the clasp to ensure that it would not unexpectedly come loose while being worn. She was very professional and very helpful.

The Phipps Plaza location is BY FAR the best location!! Gina was SO HELPFUL & KIND & really cared to help us find exactly what we were looking for! We HIGHLY recommend going to see her at the Phipps Plaza Tiffany’s!! She so sweet & did everything to cater to us!! She’s our forever sales representative! They still know how to treat customers well here. I’ve been shopping here with my wife dozens of times, and every time the staff makes us feel welcome, which has become an increasingly rare thing. I love how special the jewelry from Tiffany & Co makes my wife feel, I couldn’t recommend a store higher.

Let me just start off by saying that I received some of the best customer service at the Tiffany & Co's boutique at the Phipps Plaza location with the Asst Store Manager, Ramia Ajyb. I was disappointed to find that the item my sales professional had ordered for me from the warehouse arrived visibly scratched and appeared as if it was worn and returned to the warehouse by an individual. Since the item was not shipped from the store, it wasn’t the sales professional’s fault but if I assumed it was the warehouse packing department that lacked the quality control. I then reached out to customer service for assistance but to my frustration, I was referred back to my sales professional. I called the store but was informed that my sales professional was off for a couple of days. Hence, I returned the item right away and completed an online survey to highlight my dissatisfaction with the overall shopping experience thereafter. Upon learning my feedback, Ramia contacted me to find out what actually transpired and immediately demonstrated empathy. She personally assisted me in getting an exchange for my item swiftly and kept me posted on the progress, which I appreciated. Ramia really set a positive tone for my entire shopping experience by going above and beyond in ensuring my satisfaction. She is truly an asset to the company!

Regan Reinhold was our the associate who helped us choose the perfect wedding band today. She has worked at Tiffany for 20 years and was very knowledgeable. She took the time to make sure we got exactly what we wanted and didn’t pressure us to buy or make any sort of decision at all. We felt safe and all of the associates were wearing masks. It was a great experience and we would highly recommend her and this location to anyone looking for a wedding band or jewelry in general!

I took my daughter and son to Tiffany's for my daughter to spend her 13th birthday gift card and the staff there made her/our special day extra special!!! They really treated her like a princess. The store was clean and all the staff was friendly.

Today marked a very special milestone for my daughter and I. I made an appointment to shop for a bracelet for her. She was attending her Senior Prom the next day, late evening. As I completed my viewing of items to be considered for my daughter, I bought a complementary bracelet for myself. The service was completely amazing. I had been here at least three times in the last two years. I was thoroughly impressed with the information shared with me by the sales representative. She was very personable and detailed. I am grateful for the experience.

I recently came into this location to have some items resized and polished. Cherrelle was assigned to me and facilitated a superior customer service experience. She set expectations, communicated throughout the process, and even sent pictures when I did not understand the options provided by the service center. I went the other day to a bracelet repaired for my wife and another item for her. Upon entering the business, I felt like someone was waiting for me. Wow; a agent introduced herself, welcomed me. The communication was flowing easily. I showed the broken item and she immediately took to customer service where they got it packed it and sent it for repair. She took me back to the floor, helped me what my wife wanted but proposed another accessories that was would look along with the jewelry. Hey, I couldn't resist. I bought to my wife's satisfaction.

I wanted to give some praise to the team member that assisted me recently. I work at the mall across the street and came over for a pick-up order. I only had 30 minutes and didn’t have time later that day to come back. After waiting several minutes, I asked Shar for an estimate on my wait and explained my situation. She happily and readily checked on my order and I was able to return to work on time! Thanks, Shar! You’re the best!

I love the brand so much and deciding to purchase inside the store was a good decision. All the pieces were beautiful but I was shocked by the sizes cause they appear to be bigger online. Not only are the sales associate nice but very educated. My personal favorite SA is Anne even though she didn’t help me with my purchase. Anne seems very genuine and has a welcoming aurora. But that doesn’t mean that all the other SAs aren’t nice but she was the one that stood out from the crowd. Not only is the customer service above expectations but it’s inspiring to see the SA’s personal jewelry collection they wear to work as I am very money oriented and into materialistic items. The only cons was that the two pieces I bought took longer to be adjusted since my necklace wasn’t adjusted the first time it was sent back to the store. My bracelet was adjusted but it was adjusted to 7 inches instead of 7.25 inches even though my SA measured my wrist and confirmed a 7.25 length would fit and I didn’t receive an email to pick up it from the store. When I picked it up it was too short but it was quickly resolved in a week. Overall, I think Tiffany’s is a great place to buy from since you are being taken care of very well and the craftsmanship is extremely high quality. I understand that some may not buy name brand items because they are marked up a lot but just know that most if not all the SAs are nice and the craftsmanship is beyond expectations.
