I recently used Georgia Roof Advisors to replace my roof, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, Shawn and their team was professional, efficient, and skilled. The communication throughout the project was excellent, with regular updates on the progress and handled any potential issues that arose with the job and insurance company so I did not have to be the middle man.

Georgia Roof Advisors went beyond expectations. Very Communicative, well-priced, professional, and hardest working group of guys out there. They took excellent care of the area around the house, cleaned up great, and most of all... we have the best-looking roof on the block. Id use them again if I had to, but lets hope its not for another 30 years. Thank you James and the team!! (P.S. The house and garage stay cooler now that I have better ventilation in the attic; bonus!)

GA Roof Advisors did a good job on my roof repair in 2021, so I decided to use them again when I needed a new roof installation. I am very happy with my decision and my beautiful new roof! GA Roof Advisors is one of the best companies I've ever worked with and exceeded my expectations. They determined that my existing attic ventilation didn't work properly and fixed that problem with the new installation. Joshua and Darrell were fantastic to work with! They were friendly, responsive, prompt, helpful, informative, professional- they could not have been better! GA Roof Advisors was great with communicating both with me and my insurance company so the process went smoothly, and they were easy to work with. I also required a downspout replacement and gutter maintenance as part of the insurance quote and their contracting company was also easy to work with and appears to have done a good job. I was impressed with Darrell's attention to detail and great communication. He made sure that plants around my house were protected from damage, monitored the roof installation, communicated with my neighbor, and inspected the final cleanup in both my and my neighbor's adjacent yard, which was very good.The owner of this company really cares, and this is reflected in their employees and actions and integrity. They use GAF shingles and contractors, which is one of the best, and I had a large selection of 30 year architectural shingles to choose from of various nice colors. The new roof installation had new improved shingles and waterproof sheeting in the valleys and other features that were superior to what I had before. I chose the 10 year warranty, which is no extra cost. I highly recommend GA Roof Advisors without reservation and would recommend them to my family and friends! This company is awesome, they came when they said they got the roof turn off within two to three hours top and had the new roof installed before 5pm, and did a thorough job cleaning up too! And on top of it all they worked with me on my unusual circumstances to get things accomplished professionally. A+++ business won't need them for 25 years but would do business again!

After reviewing several companies I decided to use Georgia Roof Advisors when my house needed a new roof. Their representative Shawn took the time to guide me through the process and provided his years of knowledge to answer all of my questions, specifically to a roof leak that I had multiple companies come and unsuccessfully attempt to repair. On the day of installation, Shawn, Chase, and the owner James were here with the crew making sure every detail was attended to and went smoothly. The crew worked hard and installed my entire large roof within ten hours. They cleaned up all of the old debris and left the site as clean as they began. I could not be more satisfied of the work and experience of this installation. I would highly recommend Georgia Roof Advisors for anyone who is searching for a company to either repair or install a new roof.

Victor and Darrell came out this morning to do an inspection regarding a water leak at my house. They were both so friendly and professional and left me with such a favorable impression of themselves, but also of Georgia Roof Advisors. I would not hesitate to call on them again for any future needs.

Darrell came out to check that our dryer was probably vented through the roof. He was professional, tidy, and kind. We can always count on Naomi and her team at GA Roof Advisors to take care of us!

Chase Crespo and his team are fantastic! They were timely, efficient, informative, and friendly. They updated us daily with their progress and next steps for our complete roof replacement. I would highly recommend!

When it was time to replace my roof, I called four different roofing companies to get quotes. But just as important, I pay attention to what each salesman says and does. I have to know if this is a company I want to do business with. Of the four companies, I choose Georgia Roof Advisors. I felt they would do a good job and stand behind their work. I was not disappointed. After some discussion on what would be done, I agreed, and the roofing crew showed up a week later. The job was completed in one day, and the clean up afterwards was great. I did have an issue with one of the installed vent turbine's not working properly, but the company promised to install a new one, which they did. I can't say enough good things about Georgia Roof Advisors. A customer driven company, they have always responded to my calls and questions. Of special note, I want to thank Darrell Sweat, Senior Project Manager, and RJ De La Fuente, who helped me through the whole process.

I received several quotes from different roofing companies - all were similar pricing, but Chase at Georgia Roof Advisors was excellent to deal with. Always communicative, urgent and friendly. He was never pushy and seemed to want us to make the best decision for our house. The installation crew was on time and they cleaned up well! Overall, I couldn't have asked for a more efficient, friendly experience.

We went with GAF UHD shingles and we are glad we did - our house really stands out in the neighborhood now with the thicker shingles.

This is the second time I've used GA Roof Advisors, this time to repair the new roof they put on last year. Storms took out a huge tree which crushed part of the roof and the custom chimney cap they installed on the prior job. No project is without its hiccups, but Chase, James, and the crew were dedicated to getting the job done. Integrity and dedication are unmatched. Would highly recommend.
