Cobb County Magistrate Court

We had a pleasant experience getting married here. The judge was friendly and had nice vows. Also it's very good of Cobb county to hold marriage ceremonies twice a day 7 days a week makes it easier for working couples. Thank you!

We got our marriage license and got legally married in the same day and it was so easy! Thank you to Cobb county for making this process so simple!

1201 Eastside Dr I am dealing with harassment daily where I live there have been several guys taking turns harassing us keeping us from sleep and my mom from sleep who's battling cancer of I mention it they start causing a natural gas leak making us very sick and there have been four wheelers daily coming in my yard landlord isn't doing anything about the harassment we face here my children can't even go outside because of how they treat them here

I witnessed arraignments while attending in support on one case. The judge was awesome. He made sure a plea offer was truly fair after counsel admitted that he'd accepted it after his client didn't ask for better options. Instead of a felony conviction, said client received a MUCH better offer after it was clear the client wasn't aware of his right to negotiate further. This same judge also upheld a defendant's right to silence. My only gripe is that we cannot yet clone this awesome judge to sit on the Superior Court bench. He treated everyone present with fairness and great respect. We need more judges like what I saw today.

Today I talk to a county clerk name Crystal💖🦋✨ I felt like giving up my mind was in a thousand & one places I had to travel back home to new Jersey I had several deaths in my family I receive a eviction notice never looked saw the date I was already dealing with the so many deaths at one time literally trying to hold all my pieces together she was so kind & understand words of encouragement telling me what to do it's a blessing to have someone to work at a company that goes above and beyond I'm just grateful When I talk to her I told her I wasn't able to get my children anything for Christmas al that I been through in this one year it's been rough I don't want to lose my place for my kids she said don't give up it's all going to work out

Always the best! I do business in several counties. I find the knowledge and the service of the Magistrate Court and the Clerks to be very well organized. As a land lord I prefer to own property in Cobb because of this quality court.

Almost without exception the staff (Civil Division) have been very friendly, helpful, and very patient. It can seem like a thankless job, but keep up the good work, even if others don't give you credit.

Very nice staff. It's a shame that people give them bad ratings just because they are the one's who've messed up. You guys keep doing good! Don't let these reviews let you down!

Today, I called Cobb County Magistrate Office to lookup an item on my credit report and the Magistrate Clerk was very helpful.

Easy to find, parking is typical but plenty available. Social distancing is enforced

In and out.....the security and checkpoint staff was very nice and professional
