Suzie Crowe’s professionalism, easy “can do” approach gives the client a perfect balance between reassurance and quality results. She understands how to price a property “right” getting maximum value. Suzie provided contractors to help prepare our home for sale at reasonable prices. Repairs, cleaning and staging were all accomplished at her direction and in partnership with us.
We were on the market on a Tuesday and had offers within 24 hours. The offers were full price
and she worked through the appraisal process demonstrating why our top of the market offer was appropriate and therefore accomplished.

Suzie Crowe was a realtor who was suggested to my wife and I from a work colleague. We looked her up online to read reviews, which nearly always rated her perfectly and glowed about her. Based upon our experience working together during the home buying process, I can see why she is so highly praised and valued.

When we first reached out to Suzie she responded to us nearly immediately. Soon thereafter, we set up several houses to go view that weekend. Our first viewing together allowed her to not only get to know us, but also what kind of house we were interested in. Being first-time home buyers, we had ideas about what we wanted, but where Suzie was excellent was in directing us to other nearby areas that had similar houses or were more cost efficient without feeling pressured. She repeated emphasized that we were in control and she just wanted to provide us with as complete of a set of information as possible so we could make the best decision for us. She was patient with us, regardless of the number of houses we wanted to view which spanned across many weekends, as well as asking her lots of questions.

Although it took several months of looking (market during the fall and winter of 2020 was rough in our area), we began to find houses we were interested in making offers on. Suzie was able to guide us regarding fine-grained details of the offer (e.g., earnest money, should we offer under/at asking/over and how much, other strategies to make our offer rise to the top) and we began to have our offers rise to the top. After passing on a couple houses we were a top choice for, we came across the one we eventually ended up buying.

After our offer was accepted, Suzie was supportive during the due diligence period prior to closing. She provided suggestions for people or companies to consider if we were unsure (e.g., inspection), but make sure to know that these were things we ultimately had the final decision on. We never once felt pressured to follow a suggestion she shared. She also helped us coordinate with the sellers to answer questions that came up (e.g., how does X work in this house, who all has keys to this house and were they collected from them) and get answers to them.

Once we finished closing, Suzie was still available to answer questions that arose and provide guidance on what we would need to do to finish the home buying process (e.g., who sends the deed to the local tax office?). We are incredibly grateful to have worked with such a wonderful realtor in buying our first house. Although we hope to say here for a very, very long time, we would absolutely work with Suzie should we ever need to sell or buy any other property.
