This hotel is quiet, clean, and the staff are helpful and kind.
It had everything I needed. I felt safe.
I slept great. The bed was so comfortable with plenty of pillows.
I went downstairs to get some water around 9pm and there was a party of some kind happening in the conference area. I had no idea. In my room I would have thought the hotel was empty!
The lobby, lounge, restaurant and work out room were also clean, comfortable and inviting. They had great workout equipment including peloton bike.

In the hospitality sector, attitude of the staff is the bedrock of success and this location is what we’ve all come to expect from the Hilton brand. This very clean and modern location is staffed by very friendly and knowledgeable hosts. The front desk helped with a reservation issue and bumped me up to a nicer room with a view over the golf course. Breakfast dining is once again something to be enjoyed in this lovely dining hall. Getting this hotel at the Government rate was a very pleasant surprise. Quiet and comfortable with ZERO complaints!

My wife and I spent four days at this beautiful location. The professionalism and kindness was overwhelmingly unique.
The following deserve our recognition, and appreciation:

Erika Garcia(waitress) her mother who works with her, Bartenders Robert & Josh, Michael, Front Office Supervisor, Mike,Food & Beverage Director, Kendra, Director of Sales, Derrick, Front Desk Supervisor.

Once again, our stay was so important for my wife of 55 years will be undergoing chemo by the end of this month once we return home. We were here to visit with our oldest of five who lives here Marietta as a high school teacher.

The entire staff from February 19 to February 23, gave us a most happy visit.

All so unbelievably kind!!!! Jim And Donna Bandy

Very nice stay. Hot water for the bath is very good, beautiful setting. Staff is top notch. Vickie at the front desk made me feel so welcome I extended my stay by two days. She creates an environment that feels like home.

The staff was very friendly! Robert at the pub waited on me my first night here, I was here for 2 more nights and he remembered me and made it a point to greet me with a smile, and always asked how I was doing. We need more Roberts working in customer service! He is definitely an asset!

Mrs. Deborah at the desk was extremely pleasant and welcoming! She greeted us, walked us through check-in, fixed an issue we had with our room, moved us to another, and made sure we were good to go. The manager apologized for the issue as well, which was appreciated and made it right. We saw them every day, and each day, Deborah checked to see how my stay was and if I needed anything. Rooms were clean, everything worked, and was stocked. The furniture was your basic wood desk and headboard, but it served its purpose. Some rooms seem to have minor upgrades while others (our 2nd room) were a bit dated. There is a refrigerator in the room and microwave downstairs near the mini store area by the front counter. The hotel lobby, dining, and halls are beautiful. Breakfast is not included, but it is buffet style for about 18.75 per person (breakfast staff was very nice). Check out was simple, late check out available for extra fee. Overall, I liked the location being tucked away, I had a clean room, hot water, and amazing service, so I will be returning. Thank you, Mrs. Deborah, for making this a great stay!

We booked this hotel last minute for a baseball tournament. We loved everything about this hotel! The service, the amenities, the cleanliness…All were top notch. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted with the sweetest voices and smiles from the front desk ladies. They made us feel welcomed and right at home. Every time I saw a hotel employee, they were helping accommodate a guest or tidying the hotel. Also, drink your coffee on the back patio…you’ll thank me later! We will definitely be staying here again.

The location is far from downtown Atlanta. Its 30 minutes away. Not only that there is no airport shuttle. However this is the best hotel with friendly staff. I love the bar area at night and the golf course. There is 2 gas fire pits outside that goes perfect with a margarita. A lady name Debra works there and hands down she was there best employee. I was in town for a wedding so I got well acquainted with the hotel due to wedding activities. I would say if your doing more of a stay -cation then go here. The rooms were so clean and the lobby is beautiful. Its 18 minutes walking distance from the marietta square that has so many restaurants. It was awesome. Rating 8.6 to 9.5. Needs hot tubs and a shuttle.

The staff at Hilton Atlanta/Marietta were pleasant, warm, and incredibly welcoming. We walked into the hotel amidst a flurry of families with children playing in baseball tournaments, but the staff processed everyone with efficiency and friendliness. Later in the evening, the lobby was packed with people milling around for no reason, but the staff remained professional and curious. They were quick to be helpful and answered my questions about the best local restaurants we should try.

The hotel is set away from the road and the city, which makes it feel like a retreat. Downtown Marietta is only a couple of miles away with a great selection of restaurants and activities. The hotel is adjacent to a golf course, so if you're positioned just right, you can watch the triumphs and heartbreaks without ever having to leave your room.

I have stayed here a few times in the past. This time was no different. The room was spotless and so was the bathroom. The property is well kept and modern. The front desk clerk was smiling and greeted us although we used online check in. The grounds are beautiful and the golf course view is really nice. Parking is easy. Also the bathroom is well stocked with towels, wash cloths, etc. which is not the norm with other hotels these days. I could go on and on with the positives. I don’t usually leave reviews but I thought I would share because everything is super nice.

Great stay, despite the emergency (false) alarm late one night. Front desk and room cleaning employees are all great. The pub food and service was good too.

Our soccer team loved staying here. Great hang out areas. Breakfast area and selection was huge. Restaurant and bar had some games/entertainment options. Beautiful grounds. Tons of parking but you have to pay for it. It’s a fancy place—very pretty.

The room was extremely clean. Check-in was pretty easy and straightforward. No complaints there at all. The hotel has a small gym compared to the size of the hotel. But, if you catch it at the right time, it isn't crowded. The bar/restaurant downstairs is pretty good too. I had the burger and fries two times. Both times the burger was cooked good. The breakfast is a little under twenty bucks and it is a full spread. It is worth the money. They have just about everything that you can think of.

Our visit was dedicated to celebrating the life of a transitioned loved one that we will miss wholeheartedly. Our day started with a search for lodging and the woman that helped us via phone was kind and patient. I do not remember her name as her accent was thick, but she spoke slow enough to assist. We read countless reviews for hotels in the area we were traveling to and this one stood out amongst others.

When we arrived, around 10ish (pm) we were greeted by 2 people, a gentlemen who kindly said hello though he was really dry, and a bubbly, delightful woman named Julie. Julie has absolutely no idea how her kindness changed our night. While traveling to family to celebrate our loved one’s life there were moments of deafening silence and moments of laughter all amidst some tears and frustration so we needed a bit of “uplifting”.

Julie informed us of several Hilton Honors Benefits that we were not aware of and though we did not take advantage of one of them, we now know that the benefit is available. Be sure to read the paper that you are given during check-in because it is filled with information that you’ll wish you knew.

Upon arrival our room was short 1 towel and 2 wash cloths. Because we know that evening hours can be a bit rough even while quiet we opted to wait until morning to request the items. When we called to make the request we were told that the items wouldn’t make it to us until after 8am, which we were fine with. Around 8:20ish (AM) the requested items were delivered and roughly 2-3 minutes later someone from front desk called to see if we received the items.

Our room was clean and serviced daily. The house keeping staff was pleasant and gently spoke when they saw guests in the hallway. The only issue we had with our room was the slow draining sink, which for us was EXTREMELY minor and it interfered with nothing at all. The refrigerator in our room worked well and was spacious, unlike many Hilton Hotel refrigerators. We were able to store To Go boxes and drinks in the refrigerator without issue.

For breakfast we dined at Hamilton’s. We enjoyed the entire buffet, as opposed to only the continental breakfast. Yes, the price seems a bit high, but between the service, food, quality, variety, and atmosphere it was worth it.

As we departed we were once again greeted by Julie’s bubbly personality as she wished us safe travels. If we could choose who we interact with every time we visit this location we’d always choose Julie thanks to her amazing, comforting, and uplifting spirit.

This was our first time lodging at this Hilton Hotel, and as long as we continue to get what we received this time we will return again, and again, and again. Thank you to Julie and the many staff members we encountered during our stay. We appreciate your gentle kindness and professionalism.

For the record, no one was aware of the reason for our travel, everyone was either sincerely genuine and/or professional and we’ll take either.
