I see a lot of reviews about scheduling appointments but wait times being extremely long. I believe this location is just short on people. Janelle E. helped me get in and out right after work on a Sunday. She even had a walk in before me and the lady was in and out. Janelle was very attentive and made me feel comfortable. I have never met anyone in the medical field as nice as her. I don’t know her schedule but if you come to this location just call and ask for her and try to schedule with her. You don’t run into many people like her. She made me feel welcomed and cared for.

Always have a quick and pleasant experience here. However it concerns me that one of the workers doesn't wear her mask correctly. I've been here 5 times and every single time the worker has her mask below her nose. Especially during this pandemic, no matter if you do a wellness and temperature check, you should still be cautious of infecting yourself or the people you have to treat.

The staff is awesome! The nurses and Dr. Were very helpful, kind, and competent. I had x rays, stitches, and was out of there in an hour. I highly recommend!

The 2 hour wait time that Google provides as a mx wait is accurate, but the staff was so kind and friendly that I didn't mind that much. The doctor was especially great because she had that family spirit to her and made me laugh.

Not bad. I was worried due to the reviews. I arrived at 8:11am left by 9am. Very friendly staff and helpful too. Glad I was referred here by my job.

I was referred to Caduceus in Tucker following a motor vehicle accident. During my many visits to Caduceus, I had the pleasure of being seen by Steve Munoz and Dr. Dawkins. Both of them were kind and attentive and showed genuine care for all of my questions and concerns. They explained every detail of my injuries and the process for healing, and that helped tremendously considering the stressful and painful situation I was in. The office staff is extremely friendly and a joy to see at each visit. I would highly recommend this location to anyone. It is a pleasure working with this group of medical professionals, and Caduceus and any patient who walks in are very lucky to have them.

Listen people. I just left this place and it was clean and smelled good and the nurse and doctor were very nice and respectful. I experienced professionals.

Staff professional, friendly, and proficient. Busy, Busy office however the staff kept everything moving. I work in the medical field and I was impressed with the staff from the front desk to the back office experience.

THEY LOST VERY IMPORTANT PAPER WORK FOR ME TO START EMPLOYMENT! PLEASE CHOOSE ANOTHER LOCATION! ASKED IF THEY CAN VERIFY IF THEY RECEIVED INFORMATION THE PLACED ME ON HOLD FOR AN HOUR THEN HUNG UP!

This place is amazing, the best staff and experience in my time of need. That other guy is an idiot.

Clean place and courteous staff

I had read all the reviews and I was a little scared The experience was a great the doctor and the MA was extremely good.

Let me first say the nurse Tekia is amazing she truly cares and nursing is her passion she went from the front desk handing out paperwork to doing my physical because my wait was long.. this place is under staffed and overworked as you can tell from the conversations that are being had by the staff. If they appreciated the staff more the wait times would be less I had the pleasure of meeting the owner Dr Dawkins who performed my physical after the nurse he has a lobe for his company but not staff (my opinion) I went on a Monday morning so I expected a wait. Keeping business in the black community with black business owners so 4 stars for me

Dr. Ben and the Nurse were very sweet, professional, and Kind. I did have to wait long but I did feel cared for and also heard.

This place takes on much more than they can actually do. I’ve been here since 7:30am and it’s now 9am and no signs that anything is going to be happening besides waiting. People that came in long after me keep getting taken back before I do. They have a paper on the door that no more than 10 people allowed inside yet there’s close to 30 people in here, a third of them waiting to just check in. This place is absolutely ridiculous.

Update: It took three hours. When I inquired at the front as to what was going on apparently the girl at the front has misplaced or misfiled my paperwork because they couldn’t find it. Took another 30 minutes to find it. Once I actually got back there it was quick.

But for a company that managed to get MARTA, various EMS companies, Dekalb County Police Department, and Department of Transportation pre employment physicals they should be a lot more organized and staffed of trying to manage on a very bare skeleton crew.

Customer service sucks. Very unorganized. Comunication lacks. Receptionist behave like little girls in high school, loud and unprofessional. The manager ain't no better. If he dont like your complaint he will keep u on hold just like the receptionist. Then the team will recommend that u go to another location. I did that before ur little recommendation. Who wants to go anywhere that has a TWO STAR review. Focus on that and do BETTER. It's very CLEAR that your team ain't it PERIOD! The ONLY reason I went here is because my job sent me there under workers comp. My brother who is s police officer warned me not to go here I should have listened to him. The best part was the doctor he was very pleasant,patient and understanding. Physical therapist was cool too. They are the only reason this place got two stars from me.
