Attorney Engelberger is not experienced. He always shows up late in court even he knows that you have a hearing appt a month in advance. Not only that , he always push your appt in a latter date. He's never prepares for court. He dos not prepare his or her client before court appearance. He's rude and do not care to complete your case so he can get more money than what he was agreed up on. He do not fight for his client. He will let your opponent and opponent's attorney tears you apart. I went so many time to have my divorce finalize and i could not get a final because all of these time he was not prepared, even the judge was upset with him cause he was so much unprepared. He was on my case for more than 3 years, after he almost got all his fee he did agreed up on. He asked for more and he told me that was not the final fee. He is so unprofessional and clamsy during my last appearance not only he came late in the afternoon after the judge was already tired and he was pressuring me to write him a check inside the court room before the judge even heard my case on that day, and also threatened me that this way he will not have to come back in Newton county court for me. Do not hire him at all. Waist of time and money, unprofessional, lazy, rude, do not pick up call, do not update you on your case. Total chaos. Then after he got all his fee, he will withdraw from your case.

This guy is terrible. He lies , he is lazy, he won't work for you even if u pay him. You are better off representing yourself... He will send u to the upper room . he is a great D.a.!
