He has extensive experience in the real estate market of the greater Atlanta area and was very clear in explaining the market and what we could expect to find in our price range. He also had an excellent ability to work in the background to identify potential issues in the house whilst maintaining conversation and letting us organically explore and fall in love with the house we purchased. Any potential issues were promptly noted as soon as the conversation about the house got serious! In addition to this, a number of qualities really stood out to my wife and I in our dealings with him.

Firstly, Kad is extremely personable and he made looking at houses a joy. We have two small children and they were always welcome.

Secondly, Kad was very low pressure in all his dealings with us. As he is solely a buyers agent, he was willing to leave houses as soon as "deal breakers" were identified. This saved us a lot of time as we saw many houses!

Finally, Kad has a "guy" for everything (house inspection, home loan, surveyor, etc) and each one we interacted with was excellent. Again, this saved us a lot of shopping around knowing that we could trust his recommendation.

I am a person who relies heavily on reviews, so I hope I can help whoever read this make the right choice. Last year my husband and I made the decision of buying our first house, and as I was searching for information and options for realtors I came across Kad’s. He was the only realtor on google with 5 star rating, and now I know why! He was very honest and straightforward from the beginning, I’ve always heard stories about realtors or real state agents giving ill advice in order to push people to buy any house so they can make their percentage profit of the sale and can quickly move on to the next one without any regard as to what their clients want and need, however, we were VERY pleasantly surprised with Kad. Anything I asked (which was a lot being a first time home buyer) he always answered within minutes with pros and cons and he will always leave the last saying of anything to me, he just basically gave us the tools and information we needed to make our own decisions. At times, as he was showing us different houses I asked him for his point of view and he was always sincere and would always clarify that he was giving me his personal point of view but I had the last word and we certainly appreciate that. His ethic always made us feel free but supported at the same time and not at all controlled and pushed to make any decision. We genuinely believe the reason Kad’s business is so successful is for being HONEST above all and because he wants you to find something that will make YOU happy. We were referred to Kad by a friend who had a great experience. We were first time home buyers and closed during COVID 19. Kad and his team of preferred providers (lender, house inspector, and closing attorney) were quick to roll with the changes and still provide excellent, safe, and quick service to help us close on our home.

Kad was awesome and super patient throughout the whole experience. He was never pushy or pressured you into doing something you were uncomfortable with. He was also very knowledgeable and would point out potential construction issues such as poor foundation, roof, siding, plumbing, and possible drainage issues in the yard. Then on occasion, would point out the tree crushing the left corner of the second story roof  that we missed at night. It was always a good feeling knowing your agent is on YOUR side and batting for you. Kad was also very responsive to text and email!

We were Kad's client for a while (1.5 years!), but that's on us since we couldn't decide where we want to live, renewed our lease, and changed jobs. He never made us feel bad when we went quiet for a few months and reconnected when we were ready to look at homes again. It was like reconnecting with an old friend.

Kad helped us purchase our first home. The sellers agent made us feel uneasy and Kad did a great job moving the transaction along and keep the sellers agent from doing anything shady. My wife was 9 months pregnant and he did a great job of making a fast close. The number one reason to use Kad is his experience and extensive connections of great people. I was a first-time home-buyer. I found Kad via Naeba but did not go with him initially. My first agent was another EBA from Naeba. But we parted ways after one week as I was treated like the business with me did not matter to the agent. My second agent was referred by my friend. This agent was part time and gave a very decent discount. But we parted ways after 2 showings because of the frustrations in many things that I could not tolerate regardless of the decent amount of money I could save going with this agent.

I then decided to call Kad and interviewed him. It went well and I decided to go with Kad. That was one of the best decisions I made in my life. Kad made the whole process transparent and so easy. He is patient and a great listener. He is always on time for appointments and very responsive with any of my questions, which did not happen with the previous 2 agents. Kad helped me eliminate many unworthy houses and quickly find the house that I really loved with his insight advises. He also helped with the negotiation to get the best deal, the saving that was not too obvious initially. The people he recommended as part of the home buying team were all quick and professional, making the home buying experiences so great. I got my house in 3 weeks after making the offer. One of the weeks was the thanks-giving week. That how smooth and quick it was. The closing was on time and smooth. After the closing, Kad still cared about me as his customer. He was still very responsive and helpful. I would recommend Kad to anyone who is buying a home, especially when he or she is the first-time home-buyer.

My wife and I met Kad by sheer chance. After a disastrous experience with our initial agent, we wasted almost an entire week at a hotel after flying in from Boston, waiting on the agent to engage with us and show us homes, we were wary, frustrated, and disappointed. After coming accross Kad's number, we reached out to Kad last minute. Two days before we were due to fly back to Boston, Kad spent the entire day the following day with us showing homes.
