Fantastic customer service. Great professionalism. Tesha is so kind and caring, she made sure I was comfortable and safe. She made sure to give me the brows of my dreams.

First let me start off my saying I booked this appointment not knowing anything about the process…..was tired of not having eyebrows! It was great communication from start to finish. Right after I set my appointment she was sending text messages to get more background on my eyebrows and receive a picture of them so she could prepare. When I arrived she was very professional…..before she made thing permanent (the part that made me nervous) she made she I liked my eyebrows first. When I left I was giving ointment for my eyebrows and the permission to call or text anytime if I had questions. She told me about the care for them…but she also sent a text message in case I forgot anything. It has been about 5 weeks and my eyebrows look amazing still. I am about to schedule for my touch up and be set for a year. I love it. I cannot believe I was living in dinosaur years and drawing them on this whole time. I couldn’t have asked for a better first experience!

Tesha did a great job on my brows! She was very professional and patient with me because I was very nervous about the experience. She was gentle and talked me through the entire process. Love my eyebrows and have gotten many compliments in just the few days since I’ve gotten them done. I would definitely recommend the Queen Suite if you’re considering getting your brows done.

The queen suite was AMAZING! The atmosphere was calm, relaxing and most importantly clean!! I went to get my eye lashes done for the first time and let me say I do not regret it. The owner was patient, knowledgeable and sweet. She gave me advice on how to care for my lashes and provided me with a care kit. I received a follow up call a few days later just to make sure I was doing ok with my lashes. The customer service was awesome overall! I am definitely going back.

This was my first time using microblading services. Tesha was very professional and communicated very effectively. She provided a great first experience and made sure I was comfortable and addressed any questions or concerns I had. My brows came out so beautiful!! I’m very pleased with my brows and experience and will definitely see her again!

First off let me say, Tesha allowed me to be 20 min late due to construction on I-75 and theirs not many hairstylist, nail techs , etc that allow that. Moreover, her service was SUPERB. I’ve never had microblading of any king. She explained the difference to me. She explained the aftercare instructions I was given a take-home after care kit. She also followed up with a text with after care instructions. She makes sure you approve your eyebrows before she starts the process. She understands with using the color ink that goes along with your complexion. I will definitely be back when the time comes, and I’ve already referred Tesha to my sister in law

I learned a plethora of information and skills that I can apply when I launch my business. Let me say that as a fellow small business owner, I was in awe of the level of professionalism and her attention to detail. The shop was tastefully decorated and exceptionally clean. They create a relaxing environment and perform a quality service. The name is appropriate because I was treated like a Queen. My new brows were worth the two hour drive!
