We had the unfortunate experience of having a severe back up in our new construction home! We were extremely frustrated being just 5 months out of our one year warranty! When we called Roto Rooter they were able to send someone same day and they don’t charged for an assessment. We were extremely lucky they sent Wayne! He was by far the most knowledgeable, patient, and kind plumber we have met! He understood that we were not experts he allowed us to ask questions and walked me through every step of the process! Afterward he educated us on our overall plumbing and even had his water restoration and camera team come out to ensure the problem is permanently fixed. While it was costly we have peace of mind knowing it was done right! His expertise and his patience far exceeded our expectations! Shane did an excellent job with explaining all the options to repair a leak in one of our pipes, and tried to offer the most cost efficient solution. He completed the job quickly and was incredibly friendly, making sure to answer any questions I had and triple checked his work before leaving.

My hot water heater went out and I called Roto-Rooter to have someone come take a look. I had no idea that my heater was 26 years old! Violin came out and quickly assessed the issues. I opted to have the unit replaced. Violin and team purchased and installed the new unit the same day. Considering that this was a crawlspace install, I was very impressed it was completed in one day. I now have a higher capacity tank with better water pressure. Excellent service!

Excellent service all around. I had a water filtration system installed by Eric. Everything was done in a professional and timely manner. Eric took the time to explain the installation process, what to do if there was ever an issue, even replaced some piping to ensure there won’t be any leaks. I did not think service like that existed any more. Job well done.

He explained the problem and provided all of the possible solutions to address it. He worked tirelessly to get our pipes unclogged. We are very satisfied. This was by no means an easy job: yes, changing the exterior leaking water spigot had to be done on a rainy, cold day, accessing the line from inside the house's finished basement, while avoiding damage to the exterior brick finish. I was concerned the technician wasn't going to have the space to do the work and would need to cut the basement ceiling wider to fit. But this guy was determined not to cause additional repairs considering the job wasn't cheap to begin with. In any case, the repair was completed with the utmost workmanship, ingenuity, and lots of patience in not so pleasant weather conditions. I thank Roto-Rooter for a job well done.

Great service, communication, show up on or before scheduled time. Professional and know there trade. Not the low price leader but you get more than what you pay for. My second experience using them is as great as the first. Technician, Violin, was fantastic, honest, sincere and got the job done.

Cristian was outstanding! He was on time and clearly explained what had happened to cause the water leak at our water meter. Repaired successfully with only brief time water shut off. Very professional! Highly recommend Cristian and using Roto-Rooter!

I called with an emergency and they were able to get a technician out in less than 90 minutes. Trenton was professional, kind, and was able to resolve the issue. He also answered every question I had and was able to find the main shut off valve that I never could locate.

We had a water pipe that burst. Roto Rooter was out within an hour and their technician was able to repair everything quickly. Our water was turned back on within 2 hours. The response time was great!
