Had a wonderful experience in the store today with Jarvis. He was very helpful providing insight on the different kinds of shirts. He was also extremely patient and made me feel comfortable as I wasn’t sure what I was looking for.

From the store manager to the salespeople my experience is consistent: the employees are attentive, kind, and professional. Mark has worked here as long as I’ve been visiting and he has always provided a wonderful shopping experience. He is the only salesman I’ve ever looked forward to seeing upon entering a store.

I will continue to shop at this location for years to come. Whether I buy something, or nothing at all, I know that it will be a great experience.

Excellent clothing expensive but well worth the price on there clothes for men. Very nice suits, shoes,shirts, sweaters, & etc..

WHAT AN EXPERIENCE!!
I came in just to browse with my wife, as soon as we stepped in i was quickly greeted by a sharp dressed man named Samuel. He professionally approached us offering to show us around,when i told him that it was my first time at brooks brothers he made sure to give us an introduction about brooks brothers, he walked us around telling us about their history.Me and my wife learned that they were very old established with a long heritage that goes back to 1818!! He started showing us the different categories they have and started explaining what sets them apart from everyone else. I learned that they only use the best fabrics out there and that they never cut corners. as he was dazzling us with his knowledge i realized that I had a Christmas party and that i needed a nice suit and i felt like i could trust this man so i decided to give it a try.
Samuel didn't just nail it,he made sure that i had everything i needed from head to toe.He had 2 suits on the table with some elegant shirts and ties,and in no time we were in the fitting room trying different combinations. every combination was so sharp that I ended up buying all of them,my wife was so happy and excited and was giving me those looks she used to give when we started dating. Samuel took a further step and discussed with my wife which dress she needs to wear to match my suit tie combination for Christmas party.At the Christmas party we showed up in style feeling 10 years younger and we were getting compliments from everyone. We were so happy that we came back the next week to buy Christmas gifts too. I highly recommend this place, if you ever go there you'll love the quality and the staff. It could be pricey but you get what pay for. I got personalized service, great products and i left feeling like a king. Remember ask for Samuel!!

Brooks Brothers has some of the best customer service of any men's clothing store I have experienced. They always bend over backwards to help me and go above and beyond.

David was terrific. He helped me dial in my fit and was very patient.

Got good advice and fitting from the gentleman here. Spent a bunch of money as there were no sales, but happy with the clothes!

With an overseas business trip 2 days away and missing my favorite pair of Hudson Lightweight Chinos, Brooks Bros. team member Keke Scott found that her store didn't have the pants in stock, but she took the time to take a telephone order from me and made sure that I'd have them here at home before my Friday evening flight. I've been a Brooks Bros. customer for 28 years and this is the type of customer service that sets the store apart. I look forward to visiting the Perimeter Mall location.
