A life saver in may cases. Great customer service.

This insurance office defines incompetence. They fouled up the start date of my insurance, then "accidently canceled the policy", followed by an error with my auto-payment placing my account inactive. Then I spoke with the owner, Paul Narcisse, requesting that he handle my account himself to retain my business. Of course, he agreed. Subsequently they made another mistake within billing which resulted in another cancellation and reissuance of my policy. However the final straw, that's right the fifth mistake for anyone counting, is when my auto-payment was not completed by their office stating my payment was late. The Narcisse office then demanded I pay a late fee to correct their error. I've since taken the responsibility of insuring my assets elsewhere. This office is truly incompetent.
