I've had the most pleasant experience at this storage place. I had a small issue with my unit and the help I got from the property manager was helpful and extremely fast. She was patient and made sure that literally all of my issues were taken care of. I was so upset yesterday but she reaaally made things so much better . Even the help from the district manager was so helpful as well. I am more than satisfied. I couldn't be more happy. Thank you so much Kristi.

We had 3 units and cleaned out and closed one on a Sunday and by Monday they had my unit cleared from my bill. Very nice place and employees

Christy was amazing she knows what she's doing she went above and beyond what she does will you been with self care storage for many years and they are great I definitely recommend this place I give them a five star.

The woman at the front desk was more than spectacular. Honestly the main reason I chose them to store my belongings. Highly recommend. Completely affordable and timely convenient.

It was a pretty straightforward forward process ⭐. I made my selection online provided my name and id in office and Grey showed us an available unit. He offered to show us other available units which we declined but never tried to upsell us ⭐⭐. We paid our rent. Kristi told us we could complete the lease agreement when we returned home and we began move in that night. I suggest bringing your Renters Insurance Declaration with you to avoid that charge. Grey worked with us ⭐. Both Kristi and Grey were professional and personable ⭐. The location and price point was perfect for us! ➕

This is the best storage location on the area. Kristi is so very helpful and professional. I will recommend others to do business at this location!

Good place. Reasonable prices. Good staff. And has onsite management all the time. And it has security system. Kristie has been really great, she has really came through and has been a Blessing working with my family. She goes over and beyond, I'm really glad to have some one like her working at the Facility on South Cobb Drive(near Austell Rd.) And the manager prior to her was pretty awesome to.

I had an excellent customer satisfaction, great information as far as the unit detail
