Eric Skipper is the best agent At Bryan Hayes office he’s always very helpful, great personality and great customer service. When I first came another agent set up my Acct it was always messed up and I was getting very upset....Eric calmed me down and fixed everything. Stressed out about finding another Insurance company. I did a quote online, within minutes I was contacted by Marcus Stokes one of the representatives at this location. Marcus was happy to assist. He took his time to answer all of my concerns about switching over to State Farm and also making sure all my Insurance needs were met and what they had to offer. I had to wait a month for my previous policy to Cancel with Allstate because they were paid in full. But When I was ready I only had to make one call to Marcus. Everything was taken care of in a timely manner. He made sure I was getting the same exact thing as far as my limits and deductibles for my vehicles. Also he took his time and educated me on the different life insurance policy's because I was unsure of the different terms. I actually ended up saving $300 by switching. Honestly, this was the best customer service I have received in awhile regarding my insurance company. Thank you Marcus for your excellent customer service and professionalism. I just recently switched over from Travelers to State Farm. I had the privilege of working with John Johnson at this agency. Even though I received a quote from another company that was lower.
