Relocated to the area and needed storage. Amber helped us. She called to check in and once we arrived she was super helpful and super courteous. The unit was easy to access and the property is kept in order.

Amazing! I recently received the best service over the phone with Andriel from this location. As I currently rent from another location and have for 4 years, that store being of a different district but less than ten miles from Andriel's location. I have to say that I have never had anyone explain and take the time to answer many questions and offer insights and just explain very thoroughly and patiently to myself who basically called in frustrated and angry about charges and no access to my unit. This is by far the best experience I have had and a great contrast to my current locations manager who seems lazy and lazier. I would have never got this kind of help from my location from the location manager or the associates who relieve and fill in their on her off periods as it seems to spill over into those as well. I could not receive a call back when I had questions that the store manager or associates could not answer and for Andriel's patient, knowledgeable, professional and kind help I am ever appreciative.

The staff was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. I was very impressed with her. The facility was clean, fairly priced and the staff was excellent. They have a various size units. If your in need of nice and secure storage at a great price I highly recommend you call up Amber, she was great!

I had the best customer service experience with Rico! He was really informative and made sure I felt confident in my choice to keep my things secure. I’ve used CUBE before and really had a bad relationship with the company so I’m thankful for this location.

The manager Laquita was so very helpful for me. I loved her energy and positivity cause I was having a bad day and she made it so much better. She was able to answer all of my questions and I appreciate that, it was a very pleasant experience. She has great customer service and I look forward to doing business with public storage.

Amber is amazing. We always have small talk. She has helped me through some tough times. I enjoy seeing her each time I come to check on my belongings. What a wonderful lady. She is kind and sweet and you would be blessed to know her. I recommend this facility!!!

Charissa and amber are awesome! I moved in on a Saturday. I had to grab my mask to go in but they were very polite about it. They got me through the rental process and explained to me how to get to my space. It started with a warm greeted and ended with me getting my space. I will recommend this facility to anyone I know who is going to store. I thank Amber and Charissa were absolutely amazing!!!!

I really enjoyed my experience with a miss Alisha. She was very knowledgeable. The facility was nice, well kept and clean. I am moving from a house to an apartment and I will most definitely be using this facility for storing my belongings! Alisha made me feel that my stuff will be in safe hands! Five stars! Ebony was the best! Great customer service, the property was huge but well kept. She got me in and out of the office with a painless and very friendly process. Highly recommend her and this property.

I came into the office today and I had a unique experience. Keisha was great her personality was bubbly BUT THE OFFICE SMELLED LIKE CAT LITTER AND IM ALLERGIC TO CATS. MY SINUSES WERE ACTING UP. Great company. I just wish the office didn’t smell like 20 cats.

I had a great experience with the staff at Public Storage. Laura went out of her way to help me move and gave me the best customer service ever with a big smile always. Akia and DJ were very helpful as well and always were willing to extend an extra hand. I will definitely use public storage again if I need to due to your wonderful, considerate staff!
