Mark Stevenson was superb. He treated me as if I were the only person who mattered at that moment. He was professional and caring. He did not try to upsell me or push me into anything I didn't need. The care coordinator was personable and helpful. Of course, I expect good medical care. That, to me, is the baseline. American Family Hearing Aid Center delivered excellent medical care, and then went far above and beyond.

What a great experience! I am grateful to learn that my hearing is good and thankful for Laura & Mark's wonderful customer service! Can't wait to tell my kids that it's their mumbling and NOT my ears.

After having 3 strokes & open heart surgery in the last 9 months. I have occurred tinitus 24/7...nonstop in my ear & head. I have been to three other hearing aid places. Mark took the time with me and explained in detail with all his product knowledge. What is happening & taking place with this noise. He suggested certain hearing aids for my problem. Mark and his staff are amazing. Appointment was scheduled close to when I called, office was clean with nice smell. Mark was very intentional with speaker louder for me to be able to hear. He allowed me to ask as many questions as needed, didn’t feel rushed at all. Great experience! Glad I made them my new hearing aide center!

Great experience overall. I was greeted with smile very friendly environment. Mr.Frank tye audiologist was as good as they come. Took his time explaining the process in elementary fashion so I can understand. Thankful I found this place and absolutely recommend it.

Moved to Iowa 2 yrs ago but was back in town and called Mark to get in and he got me on the books asap. This business is THE BEST!! Their customer service is phenomenal and I miss them. Thank you❤

Nice office friendly staff. First visit was very thorough and beneficial by Mark. Results of hearing test were immediate and selection of hearing aids were explained completely. The visit was very enjoyable and I look forward to my new hearing aids.

Great service and attention to detail. Have been going to American Family Hearing Aid Center for 3 years . They are considerate, knowledgeable and service orientated.

We were treated with understanding and professionalism. Dr Steven was extremely helpful and after testing got my mom measured for the hearing aid she needed at no cost to her. It was completely paid by her insurance. All this was accomplished in the one visit. We had been to another Audiologist (which took 3 visits) who wanted to sell her hearing aids that would have cost almost $4,000.
It's great when you can deal with a person of integrity, I highly recommend this office to anyone needing a hearing evaluation or hearing aids.

My visit today was amazing! Dr. Stevenson examined my ears and flushed them out and I must say it's life changing. I had absolutely no idea how badly I needed this examination until afterwards. I hear so much more clearly. I am very thankful to Dr. Stevenson and I highly recommended him to anyone who may have a problem or who may just need their ears flushed. He's the best.

I just recently moved to Marietta and had a very pleasant and productive first visit here for what I thought would be a hearing aid repair. As it turned out, it just needed a more thorough cleaning. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I will be using them going forward for any hearing related issues. I wholeheartedly recommend the Marietta American Family Hearing Aid Center.

I took my mother here after several years of thinking she was either losing her hearing or that some other underlying cause was affecting her hearing. Mark was absolutely amazing and took care of her. Not only was the mystery of her hearing issues revealed, but she can now hear clearly! I highly recommend that anyone who has a loved one suffering from hearing impairment, to not walk but run here! I am thankful from the bottom of my heart!

Mark has made my whole hearing aid experience pleasant. I went to him really suffering with tinnitus. He very calmly and professionally explained to me how he would test my hearing and evaluate my needs. I had no idea that I had hearing loss as well as tinnitus. He prescribed just the right hearing aids for me. My hearing and tinnitus have greatly improved. Thank you Mark!

My hearing and tinnitus continue to improve. Also, Mark continues to monitor my progress and my hearing aids.

Mike is very knowledgeable about what hearing aids work best for you. Mike and Laura are very nice and professional. I will always go to American Family Hearing Aid Center
