I would rate it -10 (negative) but there is not option for it. Worst apartment ever. Horrible management. This is a scam. They show and offer clean and fully renovated apartments you get a stingy, mold infested dirty run down disgusting one. In top they will keep your deposit with excuses. They never fix anything since move in. Bedroom carpet was so dirty we had to buy large area rug to place in top. Management never acknowledged problems. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!
