The staff storage experts at this location help to make for a very easy storage rental experience. The storage site is very Secure, and very clean. Not your average "Big Boxed" storage experience, you can tell the staff here, help to keep this business thriving. I would like to see more competitive pricing at this location, perhaps more move In specials. I did like the fact that when you move out some rental units, a complimentary 1 time moving truck is available at no additional cost to remove your items from storage.

So we have been renting here for years. They have a new Sunday to Wednesday person, Mike. He was great. Reserved on Sunday went after opening no one there. Went back on Monday. Mike's family had a medical emergency and he profusely apologized. since renting here I didn't look at the unit, my mistake. Went home loaded the minivan and went back and looked at the unit, which was oddly shaped triangle. Had to have a square 5x5 went back to the office and got everything switched easily to another 5x5. This is the best storage facility I have ever used. Best customer service ever. Will continue using Storage Court! Thank you Mike
