Great prices and super friendly employees! Even one shopping off the clock helped me find what I was looking for. Very clean store! Will visit again next time I am in Federal Way.

My daughter and I have been shopping here alot more now since we feel it has become more safe for us to go out. The employees here are amazing in helping and have alot of patience as I am in a walker so it takes me a little bit to get around. Everytime I have to send my daughter and I wait in my truck the cashiers are extremely helpful with my daughter. We had to bring in change once to help pay for items and they didn't rush her and helped count out the change. I highly recommend this place as they have excellent customer service and the store is super clean:)

Best customer service. The frozen food section was fully stocked. With a variety of everything. I ended up with alot more then I planned and a full freezer. The best part is the prices.

This is the best grocery outlet! I would dub it the “chick-fil-a of grocery outlets” because the customer service here is so excellent. Great management and leadership at this store really shows. As for the food, they have a good selection. I’ve been shopping here weekly since they opened and I love seeing the new items every week. Also, the vegan and vegetarian selection here is awesome. A lot of vegan food is expensive at most major retailers, so you really get your money’s worth here. Lastly, I remember when this used to be the old Metropolitan Market back in the day. It’s nice to have another grocer back in this area and my family is very appreciative!

Interesting mix of merchandise. Competitive pricing to better pricing. Watch the "best by dates".

The best, best, best customer experience every single time I've come here. The staff member who works up front is always, always so just refreshing to interact with. She always makes me feel like I'm a very valuable customer. I am loyal to the store for that reason. I would recommend everyone to go to either of the federal way locations, and you will see just what I mean. All customers are valuable customers at grocery outlet, no phone numbers needed here to get all of the savings.

This is my "go to" grocery store in my neighborhood and I've got 3 others to choose from. Friendly staff, decent selection, good vibe and GREAT prices!

Great new location for Grocery Outlet with nice merchandising. Feels much safer than the other FW location and I really appreciate the Veteran parking out front. Thank you!

This is my second favorite place to shop for groceries, use these guys for quick trips it's close to home. For big grocery trips we use WinCo. Also this store is emaculant.

I am so impressed with this grocery outlet store. I have shopped grocery outlet for years all of them in the area. This one by far is my favorite. I only go to the other one for white monster 4 packs. Clean organized most of the time well stocked with great deals. Also just down the street from me.

The owners are amazing, are very down to earth (see all their outdoor plant selections) and are all about community and family. This is their second location in the region and Dash Point is in for some fantastic service from friendly folks! Come by and say Hello - you'll be amazed at the selection and prices

I have been there more than a few times so far To do some shopping and sometimes just to look around to see what they have in their store. First of all, really happy with your customer service. And the employees have Working there. Great job everyone. While the store is not a really large store, definitely has The Thing you look for for every day needs and some areas that go beyond that.

I deliver to this store all the frozen deli and meat and on a professional level this store is amazing, phenomenal owners and happy employees, when I went shopping here I noticed a solid variety and as grocery outlet is known for, extremely good deals on most everything in store. Great selection, helpful staff, clearly the superior Grocery Outlet in the Federal Way area. Bright and easy to navigate aisles make for a very easy browsing experience.
