Forsyth County Recreation Center

This is a wonderful park for hiking, bike riding, skateboarding, scooters, and playgrounds for children, pavilions, tennis courts, and 2 baseball fields. It was a gorgeous day, and we met with family we hadn't seen in over 5 years. If I lived there, I'd go regularly.

This is where my grandson played basketball. My daughter had to pay a $50 entrance fee for us to watch the game. It seems my younger grandson who accompanied us might have gotten in for free. Regardless, I believe the money was well spent. We had seats with a good view of the game, and the facility was very clean. The air conditioning seemed to be working well, as we stayed comfortable throughout. There was ample parking, and we didn't have to wait for a spot. However, the address was a bit confusing for outsiders like myself. Perhaps the recreation center could add clearer signage to guide visitors.

Went disc golfing here today! What a wonderful park. Lots of places to play games. A big playground for the kids. Someone was also having A birthday party there. A creek runs through the park.

Check their times, they offer open court, pickle ball, amateur basketball leagues, etc. They also offer a ton of classes from clay and sculpting to sports. Check their website.

The park is fairly new. It is very large with lots of playground areas and Nua playground equipment. It has new covered picnic table areas. If you play ball there are lots of soccer and baseball and softball fields. The facilities is extremely nice. It is well taken care of and there is no trash on the ground anywhere. Also for everyone's convenience if there is a need there is a police station on campus at the recreational area. I recommend anyone with children to please come and enjoy the park

My grandson and I are attending a beginning gymnastics class for toddlers, he totally enjoys interacting with the equipment and other children and teacher we are very happy, the staff is very nice

Love to walk my dogs and watch the frisbee golf players. I feel this is the safest and nicest park around!

Nice basketball courts. Looking forward to seeing new facility when it's finished.

Staff is great, I've been to all 3 Forsyth rec centers and I much prefer the weights and basketball courts here.

Top notch county facility. Lots of activities right inside a great park.

Great outdoor space for recreation and sports

I am so grateful for the facilities and the programs offered by our county! It is the best bonus that the people are SO VERY KIND!!!

There are some amazing parks around Forsyth. This is a great one.

I like to walk on the upper level at the gym for exercise. The people are nice and friendly.
