Starbucks

This particular store doesn't listen of you ask for things to be left out of a drink. But, Starbucks in general is great. We will be going to other Starbucks from here on out. Extremely limited seating as well.

Mornings here are a madhouse especially Fridays. If you’re going on a Friday morning plan accordingly because even pick up orders take awhile. Kirsten the night manger is a gem! She’s so sweet. Well everyone is really. Thanks for the great service.

I had been having a rough day and went to get coffee to calm down hoping things would turn around. When I ordered, I was $1.45 off and the manager told me not to worry about it. This seriously made my day and i have been beaming since. Everyone was so joyful and in good moods. Couldnt have been better. Thank you so much starbucks staff! HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!!:)

Whatever they are paying Vivian, it is not enough. She is the sweetest, most bubbly person I've ever had the pleasure of encountering. These baristas get abused and mistreated daily by angry customers, especially during the holiday season. But Vivian is an absolute doll and made my morning so very happy. Not only her, but they are all so very efficient and kind here. I've always felt welcomed at this Starbucks, which is hard to find in a chain coffee shop.

This place is super easy and convenient to hit on my way to work, almost never a long drive thru wait, staff is wonderful.

The staff is why I go there. Professional, polite, and friendly. Five Star

UPDATE: Woohoo! Thanks for listening to feedback and allowing mobile orders to be picked up inside. Totally understand not being able to take orders inside or not allowing folks to use the bathrooms when you're understaffed. Hoping this works out for everyone. Thank you!

They allow you to place mobile orders and then lock the door and put up a sign to go through the drive thru to pick up your order. I understand that this may be a staffing issue but at least put a table in front of the door and only allow mobile order pickups.

Absolutely LOVE this starbucks. I go here every morning before college to get my coffee and banana bread, and the service and partners here are fantastic.

The other day (friday, feb 10 2023), they were so behind and had multiple rude customers making rude comments about them and turning customers away at the door. I personally understand how being overworked and understaffed can affect the team working. A customer turned to me and told me how slow they were being and that they need to do better. I loudly stated that they are overworked and understaffed, and that the comments of her and the other customers were surly not appreciated and will not help. She left in a huff only to come back in and DEMAND a refund when her drink was called after she left.

All through this, the partner on Bar 1 and 2 (the same person, there should be 1 partner per hot bar) was telling the team how well they were doing and how they're proud of the team. I applaud that partner and appreciate how well they're all doing under pressure.

This will always be my favorite Starbucks to visit in the mornings.

I go there almost daily, they always make my drink perfect. I use the drive through that's why i gave fewer stars. Most people there are awesome.

The Barista was so funny and made me laugh, something I really needed. The service was excellent! My coffee was great and I would definitely recommend going to this location.

I would really like to give a huge 5 star to Nat at drive thru. He is the kindest, friendliest, upbeat human I have encountered on a daily basis M-F when he is there. I specifically come to this location because of his personality and kindness. I wanted to give him some recognition he much deserves. Kindness and a daily smile goes so far this day in time. We never know what others are going through and he always brings a smile to my face. Starbucks has a very valued and wonderful gift in him. I can be having the worst day, and his amazing personality changes my day.

Josh is literally the best thing that ever happened to this location. There was one point when they were short staffed and sent him to help at the Bethelview location. You could tell he was there because the service is always better. Me and the kids loves seeing him, he always makes our day brighter.

The staff was amazing! These sweet girls Nicole and Devin were a great help in helping me pick out a drink for my diabetic grandma. The drive thru is quick and efficient and I have NEVER. gotten an order wrong there:)

Just rolled through the drive thru and the guy operating it (glasses and hair pulled back) was the friendliest dude ever. I also really appreciate the visible care he took when fixing the lid and handing it to me to not put his fingers or hand on the mouth piece of the lid. And my cold brew is great, too.

We placed an 18 drink order for our hospital staff at their high volume time in the morning. Sarah and Jennifer, along with the rest of the staff, were phenomenal!! They filled our order quickly and correctly after graciously taking our long over-the-phone order, because I’m not a mobile app girl 😬 I watched as staff was gracious and helpful to other customers after we bombarded their system. Thanks again for keeping us in coffee!! Y’all rock!!

It feels like on most days Starbuck’s is an extension of our family since we visit their establishment frequently. 😊 Even with the employment deficiencies all businesses are facing, Starbuck’s in Cornelia, GA (by Lowe’s) never skipped a beat in quality and customer service. The staff knows my family by name! If you need to flip a negative, blah day to a great one then visit this Starbuck’s location. Thank you for always putting a smile on our face and making our morning coffee perfectly!!
