best ingles ever and everyone was so nice! Robbie greeted us with the warmest welcome I’ve ever had, and gave me and my friend fresh fruit to hearts content!!! our trip there gave us peace in an otherwise stressful day.

I stopped in today to see if they had a small cake for my siblings birthday, specifically with whipped icing. They didn't have any & the sweet ladies working today actually went out of their way to make me one. I am forever thankful! They're amazing & I highly recommend them for you cake needs.

Great group working at night. Very helpful and easy to make small talk during my check out . Always pleasant folks working the closing shift.

Love the cleanliness of the store, also the low flow of shoppers help me have a since of security in a world that is unpredictable at this time. I have health issues so social distancing is important in my well-being. Many associates have helped me locate necessary items as Ingles was not my regular store prior to the pandemic, but I am falling in love with the customer service and specialty items!

If you get to this store...DONT FORGET TO GET THEIR INCREDIBLE FRIED CHICKEN in their deli. Clean and very organized store, nice associates and plenty if help.

I haven't stepped foot into an Ingles in years but walmart was too busy and the closest kroger doesn't have everything I need. So I went to this Ingles and boy am I glad I did! The store was impeccably clean, organized and well stocked. I found everything I needed and then some items I didn't expect to find at a local grocery store. Very pleasantly surprised!
Prices seem to be the same as Kroger with the Ingles card but I didn't have one. The cashier was super helpful and got my card set up, order bagged and paid for all in less than 5 mins. Quick, efficient and there were maybe 10 people total in the store...no lines, no crowds..just a dream shopping experience honestly! This is my new favorite grocery store!

This was my 4th time visiting this one in the last week. Before this I had not been to Ingles in years. I always considered them as being old school and run down. I've been seeing several new ones lately. I decided to try it out since my wife just likes to drinks alkaline water and that was the closest place at the time. This is the first grocery store that I've seen that had a cheaper version (3 for $5). They had great customer service. Each time that I've visited each cashier has at the same pleasantness. The only issue is the bathroom, it really needs remodeling. It's really old and run-down. Other than that A1 store.

Like many businesses here in Cherokee county they're understaffed here and it's not their fault. Went in this morning and their dairy guy quit. Instead of there being holes on the shelves I saw six employees over there putting out the entire dairy truck. I went to another department and came back in 15 minutes and it was almost 95% stocked. Left the store having gotten every single thing on my grocery list.

I go to deli alot to get subs or meals togo. Need work on Sub making.. Only one person makes good subs, everyone else need retrained. No consistency. I know where everything is in that store just wish prices on something were cheaper.

The Bakery department is amazing. They always box up my fresh doughnuts for me. They are always amazing, at EVERY Ingles Bakery. The consistency between the stores is definitely noticeable and very much appreciated. Keep up the excellent work.

Love Ingles! I say this only because it's like a freaking time warp to the 80,s and 90,s! Super clean store,fruits veggies are always in great shape, believe it or not the produce is better than some of the stuff I see at higher end stores like publix.
