Dunkin'

Always been a big fan of Dunkin's donuts and coffee. It's just simply my style making it my favorite. But the Cookie Butter Cold Brew and Pancake Wake-Up Wrap - the items I chose today - were just too delishhh to not review.

The coffee looks as good as its picture, very smooth with a sweet flavor. The foam and cookie crumbles just add that extra zing! I prefer bacon over sausage so I decided to try the Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Pancake Wake-Up Wrap. Really cool concept and served with a side of syrup. Now they are really tiny so if you are really hungry, you may need to get like four of them lol Just wanted something light so I only got one but not bad for $6.93 in today's market.

The drive-thru service was quick and friendly despite there being five or six cars ahead of me. Realistically, that's probably due to efficient management/staff PLUS courteous customers not be "extra complicated" lol

I just wanted to say that I love this Dunkin donuts, Also Kimberly that works there is the best! She is so nice and does a great job on making me feel appreciated. Kimberly is the reason I go to that Dunkin donuts

Unlike a other local guide I've actually had good experiences here. They've been since the last local guides review so hopefully it's a sign of improvement!

My donut was literally bursting with extra creme inside! Like in a good way though, it was very creative.

They have a number of electrical outlets with special USB built in for mobile device charging. Service was prompt.

The lady working the counter was very polite and the gentleman wiping down the doors held them open for me as I approached.

The store was beautifully decorated throughout.

They rock! I used to work nearby and I'd go by in the morning and they were attentive, nice, and quick. The weekend and evening crews are not the same though. I'm here on a Sunday afternoon and not a smile to be bought. I want to leave a tip for using their internet but I have so often left a tip without a thanks that I am rethinking tipping. They have a lot of new hires that need a leader to set the customer-focused tone for the store. Ya know... a welcoming tone, a we're here to wait on you tone, a we like to work here because we are treated-well and like our jobs tone, a we work around DONUTS! tone, a we are customer focused tone. Perhaps I ask too much.????????

Love their iced Mocha Coffee with whipped cream and chocolate drizzle! Vanilla headlight is the best donut or the strawberry with sprinkles! They love my dogs and always give them a pup cup!!

Best frappuccino (Frozen Coffee on Dunkin' menu) in the ATL metro. "Medium Mooca Frozen Coffee with two shots espresso, well behaved (no whip)" is my favorite order. The grilled.cheese on sour dough is a gourmet treat too. Drive through and parking are annoyingly cramped but the staff are the top of the pop!'

I always enjoy coming here. Everyone is always very nice. My orders are usually right maybe a coffee here and there not exactly right but thats always on a Sunday and they are crazy busy so I can understand. I love their croissants and the coffee cake muffins. It always clean and a cozy environment. Definitely recommend.

Loving the avocado toast. The Explorer coffee is the bomb, I get mine 3 creams, add caramel sauce. Let me not forget the slammin snackin bacon. The staff here is so friendly and they know my order as soon as I speak into the mic. They work efficiently to manage the high amount of traffic, especially in the morning between 6 AM and 10 AM. Love me some DD. Just good coffee and a little bit more.

Dunkin is terrific, and despite its being part of a chain, the folks who work there know your name and give it a small-town feel you don't get at many other places. The food and drinks are terrific as well. We go there way too often! 😂

I stopped there for a coffee 5 mins ago and the man who took the order was exceedingly courteous and confident on DD's product. He delivered exactly what he promised. That's what customer service is all about. My wife stops there all the time and she always tell me how perfect they brew her iced coffee. I recommend this specific DD and the one in Dawsonville. I'm coming back for sure.

Every time I have been there I’ve gotten AWESOME SERVICE! Their ice coffees are perfectly made. I also tried their pumpkin spice muffin today, and it was the BEST MUFFIN IVE EVER HAD!

This location is fabulous! I stop by almost every morning at 7:30 for my morning coffee and I’m in and out in less than 5 minutes! Even with a line of 5 or more! Highly recommend this location!

Extremely crowded at 7:30AM. Parking lot full, drive thru wrapped around building and onto the highway, line inside was out the door. Seems to be a popular morning destination for high school students. Good for Dunking. Not so good to get something if in a hurry.

The staff has always been nothing but kind and gracious, the drinks are made well, and the location is clean. I am here quite often as I have online classes, and they consistently provide a great experience.

Nice clean modern Dunkin, food and coffee came out quickly and tasted good. Easy to park and plenty of seating. Has a drive through too. Sits on the corner of the junction so can be accessed from either side.

They handled my order issue with professionalism and speed. Instead of just giving me a freebie, they also looked into the issue (bagels missing cream cheese) and were very apologetic. They made it right!

I took my elderly parents for a late lunch. We sat in the relaxed area.We had a table with three leather chairs.Enjoyed our coffee with donuts 🍩. Took home the leftover half dozen.

They are awesome! Always accurate orders. I go thru the drive thru almost daily. They know me by my order. Iced latte with coconut milk!!! Yum!!

I go in the early afternoon so I can't comment on wait times, etc. (I always get my order right away,) but there is something about this DD that is interesting. I've patronized a number of DDs between this one and Suwanee. For some reason, although they all have the same machine and recipe, the macchiatos at this DD are consistently and significantly better than all the other DDs.
