Jonathan is absolutely amazing!! I went in with a damaged phone and he helped me very quickly to get a new free phone shipped to my house the exact same day!! He was super easy to talk to and him and this store helped me so so much :)

He very professionally explained all of our options and helped us find the best solution for our family. Paul the store manager and his employees have been a tremendous amount of help in the store as well as over the phone to me relative to my personal phone and business phone through Verizon. The store has always been able to direct me to the best resolution all the while providing fantastic patience and customer service. Their location is also a factor with time saved from me having to travel 15 minutes less from my original Verizon store. Paul and his team are nothing short of amazing and seem to have all the answers. I am extremely grateful, and I will be continuing to lean on the store for wisdom going forward. I dropped and severely damage my phone, so I went to the Browns Bridge location, Paul helped me out tremendously by simply removing the sims card from damaged phone and inserted into an older one I had , a quick solution until I replace the other one. Having insurance with this service he offered advice how to resolve the issue.
