Ace Hardware Hammonds

This place is our go too because of their bag, up awesome small community feel customer service. I got firewood for camping and they brought me a fork lift with wood and loaded it for me. Just amazing all the time! Ask them for help and they help! Well done!!

Great store, Steve, Holly and Kathy are amazing. I shop here more often. The shot gun shell BBQ. was awesome.

I have been to the Hammond Ace to get all my Big Green egg supplies and STEVE has made it so easy and educated me so much.

Wow what a great place with great people working there. It was worth the ride for me but I'll certainly go there again. They even gave me the military discount that my local Ace does not.

I needed replacement/backup keys made for my daughter’s car as she’s leaving for college in a few weeks. I called to see if they could help me and Steve said “sure.” Went in and so many employees were helpful. Steve made me two keys and since I had brought in my own, I asked how much it would cost. He said, “Just bring me a coffee sometime.” I was in shock that he was so kind! You don’t really find anyone like that anymore so it left a definite impression on me. Thank you, Steve!

Ace is still the place with the helpful hardware man, or in this case, men. I had 4 different men ask me if I needed help and when I did, they were very helpful. They didn't just point to an aisle; they led me to the product, gave me information about the options and helped me decide what would work best for my purpose (they never even pushed me to buy something more expensive.)

The store itself is not huge, but I spent a lot of time browsing to see what it had and rest assured, if you need something in a pinch, you'll find something that will work if not exactly what you're looking for.

I will definitely be shopping here again.

Went into store looking for 2 bags of mulch and walked out with a Weber Griddle grill. LOL! I was looking at all of the flat top grilles and Steve asked me what I was looking for. I told him a Weber and He had someone bring it right out.

This place is perfectly place. A few weeks back we delivered an Rv to shady grove, which of course had issues. Thankfully this ace was right down the street, it had everything I needed to fix the Rv for the time being and get back to enjoying the weekend. Staff was incredibly helpful here and very friendly. Highly recommend this place for your hardware needs.!

I dont know how Ace always finds such nice, cheerful people to work in there stores but, they do. Thanks for another pleasant shopping experience. They ask how they can help, and then they actually help by knowing exactly where the item you need is.

There are 4 Ace Hardware stores in our area (so far) that are set up and run by one owner. They are are all fantastic and so much better than the smaller chain of stores a few years back. I visit them all at various times times and have grown very comfortable with the employees and management. Please, take a minute, go visit find your fix and make some new friends!

Very convenient hardware store. They have everything you need and the staff is always super polite and helpful. They don’t just say “it’s over there down aisle 6”. They walk you to what you’re looking for and ask about your project and offer advise on what would be best. Much better then going to Home Depot or Lowe’s and spending 15 mins chasing down someone so they can tell you what aisle your item it on. The spend 10 mins down a 100ft aisle trying to find it. Support you local businesses if they are worthy and this place is.

They have a very well organized store. Ask 1 question, a quick answer, and your ready to shop. They will still fill you propain tanks. Not many places do that any more.
These people know there business. I've been going there over 12 years I'm sure. Hometown atmosphere and service.

It is a great store with a helpful staff. their prices aren't too bad they have a lot of things that home Depot, Lowe's, or other big chain stores don't have. The staff is knowledgeable and again very helpful. Highly recommend going here.
