This guy might be a Yankee, but he's a hell of a good dude. I have been shopping with him for years and he's been a stand up gentleman during every interaction. I highly recommend visiting his establishment if you are in the need for a good vape!

Very happy. I needed a new tank. He had one in stock at a good price. He was so helpful. I have found a new place for most of my Vape needs. And so close to the house.

I just went into this shop for the first time today. I simply needed help with unscrewing the bottom of my sub tank. After spending all day trying to unscrew it I gave up and stopped in. The gentleman that helped me did everything he could to unscrew it and he did!!! I am so thankful he tried what he could instead of selling me a 40$ replacement. I will definitely be returning for everything I need. I couldn't have been more pleased!! Great staff and great atmosphere. Thank you again!!

Wow!!! You just don’t find customer service like this anymore. I had no idea the store closed at 7, and the owner of the store saw me walk up to the door, only to realize I arrived past closing time. He called to me from the parking lot and asked if I was trying to go to the vape store. He went back in and reopened and helped me find a new vape mod! Billy was so absolutely helpful and knowledgeable, and I’d recommend this place to anyone! Thank you Billy!

I came to this vape store in desperation. My tank purchased from a different store was not working and I needed help. The gentleman worked with me for over an hour trying to help me. He took the tank apart and cleaned it. He changed the coiled and did different tests on the tank. He was the most knowledgeable person that I have ever met about vaping and settings on my new mod. Of all of the different vape shops that I have been, I have not met anyone that was this helpful and really had my best interest in mind. I had not planned on spending any money but I did purchase a new tank and he even personalized it to match me pink mod. Vape Alot has the best people working for them and TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will be continuing to shop at Vape Alot. Thank you so much for what you did for me.

Great customer service and selection. Coil prices are only slightly higher than I've seen at other shops. But he opens earlier than everyone else and keeps the coils I need in stock when I can't find them anywhere else! I will keep coming back

My husband loves this place. They are so helpful helping you find what you need. They also make it a point to give deals to returning customers & offer a large assortment of vaping juices that others don't carry.

Best vape shop in town. Open 7 days a week 8-8 which is rare for a vape shop. Prices are very average, but youre supporting a small, honest business run by some guys just trying to make a living so id rather give them my business any day.

Great knowledge dude. He totally hooked me up when I lost a piece of my tank and didn't even charge me for it. I'll definitely be going back next time I'm in the market for a new mod! Thanks buddy!
