What a great selection of tackle and outdoor wear and frisky bait! I love this place and it is my go-to anytime I'm in the area. Definitely worth taking a trip to check them out at any time!

My grandsons wanted to go fishing yesterday. I haven't been fishing in decades, but I live very close to the lake. We had our fishing equipment but needed some bait. When we got to the register and asked a few questions, I KNOW the sweet man knew we needed a lot of help. Lol. He was so nice. He asked what we were looking for. I said worms and crickets. Maybe minnows. We bought the non biting crickets. He said that's probably what you might do best with. I got the first cricket out, then I asked my grandson who is 10 to capture his cricket. He asked you sure they don't bite? I said that's what the guy said so dig in. Bless his heart, the crickets felt a little scary, but he did it. I put it on his hook. Then the rest was history. He used the crickets and worms. I will always shop at Hammond's fishing. We had fun. Got a few bites between fishing on a shallow shore and getting the fishing lines crossed. I sent the leftover bait home with my son who will help the boys fish in a pond today July 4th, 2023. I hope they catch a fish. Thanks Hammond's. You gave us a great start for our Lake Lanier excursion and many great memories to come.

So glad these guys are in my backyard. I have purchased several rods and reels, as-well as most of the tackle in my tackle box. The whole staff is always helpful and make sure you get exactly what you need. I am a forever customer!

Great website, GIANT selection of all the top major brands as well as smaller brands/bait companies rivaling TW easily. Most importantly, they have the best customer service. Leaving out of town on Thursday going out of town camping/fishing tourn. Called them at 12:40 EST on Sunday afternoon to ask shipping companies used as site only showed ground delivery option. Package was delivered this morning (Tuesday) about 10:15. Can’t beat that. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely be doing business here now.

Great to have a store like this so close. They have everything you need from novice to professional fisherman. Staff are always helpful and offer their opinions from experience on what gear you need and what’s the best for your buck. And they honestly aren’t more expensive than going to a large store like academy. Also offer discount for military, police, and first responders. Support your local stores and community.

Great selection, and often time has quality lures and gear on sale. The staff is also very knowledgeable and even has business cards hand for local guides.

Really can’t say enough good things about this place. I’ve been a couple times in person and the staff is excellent and they have a great selection. I also order from them online as I live a couple hours away and the products always ship out same day. Highly recommend stopping by if in the area or checking out their website.

I would like to give a shout out to Fisher *who works there* for helping my Dad and I. We didn't gave a kill switch for our boat and Fisher helped us find one they didn't have any that would fit our boat he said he would order one for us. So I just want to say thatnks. (≡^∇^≡)( ͡ ͜ʖ ͡ )

What a Outstanding Fish Center! Staff is incredible and I had no issues at all with my dog in store. The selection is overwhelming and choices for local and independent lure and bait makers is top shelf. Prices are worth the 80 mile round trip. Again, Most Outstanding in service, selection and pricing.

Never have been disappointed in this store and I go nearly every week. Staff is always very helpful and kind and it truly does go a long way how these people treat their customers. Phenominal business from tackle and bait to apparel. They have some of the most competitive prices I've seen compared to MANY other places. I always leave more than satisfied with my purchases. Best selection of live bait and tackle. Always stocked and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Live bait tanks are the cleanest I’ve seen. They obviously care about the customers and the quality of live bait and it shows! Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

If they don't have it, it doesn't exist. I stopped in this morning to pick up a few things and was shocked at just how much tackle this place has to choose from.

On top of that, customer service was excellent. The gentleman behind the counter couldn't have been more helpful when I asked for assistance picking out a new spinning rod and reel combo.

I'll definitely swing by again next time I'm in the area and have a need for tackle.
