Lee was the best! They really stood out when I first walked in the store. Their cheerful greeting and helpful explanations of everything really made my first time at Lush a memorable one. I don’t usually write reviews, but I really needed to shout Lee out because they were such a great person to interact with. My husband and I will definitely be back. + the body-warmed oil bar is the best!!!

Amazing service! Wish I caught the managers name but she had a hello kitty Pin and amazing eyeliner. My friend had gotten her lush item stolen ( she left it on a table in the mall food court and it was taken while she went to the restroom.) We went back to by another to replace what was taken and the manager was so very understanding and gave us the item at a very generous discount!( which she didn’t have to do) she was very nice and wishing lots of blessing her way.

Eddy totally rocked my first time in this store! Helped me pick out something for my best friend and 3 kids. Deserves a raise *wink wink

Stopped in for hand cream & got a basket full of items. Alex helped me and he was wonderful. Alex make sure to get her names and make it a personable experience. He’s also very well knowledgeable and all products.. As long as he’s working here, I will continue coming back.

I’m visiting from out of state, and wanted to check out the lush here. Eli was so amazing! He showed me around the store, gave me amazing recommendations, and even found specific scents I was looking for. He made the experience at lush wonderful!

We had a team building night at LUSH! We got to make bath bombs, do a bubble relay game, play with all the products & got massages! Def recommend for girls night 🤩

My wife and I went in for her birthday, Alex showed her products based off her interests which she enjoyed and bought, and even worked with the manager to get her a special gift for her birthday. An excellent experience for sure

I have been a customer at this Lush location since they first opened. When we walked into the store this month of November 2023 I was honored and blessed to meet such a beautiful soul in a lovely young lady named "Lee". I won't forget her name because it was also my grandfather's name. Lee was like my personal shopper and educated me on so many beneficial products to the point that I felt like she was the CEO of Lush. Not only is Lee personable, pleasant, fun to talk with, exceptional in her knowledge, goes way beyond my high expectations in a shopping experience, patient, accommodating, thorough, considerate but she is also beautiful throughout. Lee has the most gorgeous personality I've come across in quite some time. Her smile and attention made me feel special and I reciprocated. I will actually be going back very soon for products that have helped my personal needs and I will definitely be looking for Lee. I was also blessed with a bonus in meeting Anastasia who was also very kind and personable when I was checking out. Lee & Anastasia would definitely be on my own personal team. These are the type of people who deserve the raises in the busines world. I hope Lush doesn't lose these two people. What a joyful and lovely blessing. 🤍💛

I love this store.. everything smells great and it's neat and clean.. today Alvin helped me..he was such a great sales man.. got me to spend a nice amount lol.. but all was worth it. Thank you Alvin and Eve! Eve was great help too ❤

Alvin was so awesome and helpful, I came into the store only looking to buy a one or two bath bombs but I left with about five and a massage bar! I told him I wanted pink and sweet and he delivered! Would definitely come back!

Ann is a very helpful associate!! She talked us through the products we were looking at and was big on the fresh and natural ingredients listed. She is a great example of the perfect Lush employee!!

I absolutely love this location. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Mary assisted me today and the previous time I was in the store. We talk, she provides a sample of a product and I usually buy it the next time I'm in because I love it so much. I have wanted to book a party, however most I would invite only have showers or standard tubs in their home; not allowing us to enjoy the bath bombs we make. Just thought- what about making shower bombs at the party?

Bianca at the Mall of GA location was AWESOME!!! She is very professional and knowledgeable about the products. I loved that she tested multiple products on and explained what was on them and how to use them. Thanks Bianca!!!

Ayin is the best !!! She taught me so much about each product that I inquired about and also gave me a lot of recommendations of products to use for my skin, lips, and body! Very helpful and made me want to come back into the store 10000000 times more ! Also gave very good demos of some products me and my friend were curious about ! I give Ayin a 10/10 !!!!

Ivory is a very sweet and knowledgeable about the products in the store. She also provided us samples which I was not aware of. I will definitely stop by and see her again during my next visit.

This was my first time going into Lush and it definitely was a great experience. First the store smells absolutely amazing! The staff was super friendly and informative about all of their products. Just about everything in the store you are able to try before you buy it and they even have samples of certain products.
