He explained every step in detail and I’m thankful for the thorough explanation of things and what to expect along the way.

Install day, Matt Nelson was here to ensure things were done correctly and went smoothly. *Marty stopped by to provide another layer of relief which meant a great deal!* Matt also demonstrated a high level of professionalism! An old roof removal and a new roof install seemed seamless as no debris was left once the job was complete.

Claire at New Image Roofing has definitely gone the extra mile! She is honest, professional, and knowledgeable. We thought we were getting very close to needing to re-do our roof and asked for an estimate. Claire checked our roof outside and inside, and told us it was still good for at least a year. She could have easily given us a price and said the roof needed to be replaced now, but didn’t - she was very honest! So valuable in our world. She also took the extra time to caulk a few spots where old caulking was starting to crack - making sure the caulking would last until we really needed to have the roof replaced. We will definitely call her and New Image Roofing next year.

New Image Roofs went above and beyond for us. Our insurance company denied our roof twice and Claire worked with them for almost a year until they finally said yes. Communication and information about our insurance issues, was incredibly helpful. Working with insurance companies is never a pleasant experience. Claire helped immensely and made it easy for us.
The crew was on time, and efficient. The clean up was very well done. After the roof was finished you couldn’t tell they were here. New Image Roofs is the best you can get when looking for a roofing company. We recommend them and will use them again.

After 7 years in my home, gutters was the last thing I wanted to be dealing with but my builder had severely undersized them and it was causing wash out issues that needed to be remediated with a properly sized gutter system and additional downspouts. Ankur at New Image was a breeze to work with to talk through and develop a solution that would solve my issue and look great. Of all of the vendors that I had quote the job, his was the only one that had a detailed scope where I could feel confident that the job was well understood and would be executed appropriately.

Scott and his crew showed up with all of the materials needed promptly at the scheduled time and completed the work in minimal time with no mess. I'm very happy with the job they did and excited to not have to deal with wash out issues anymore (and as a bonus, my gutters don't look faded anymore!)

We had a hail storm damage our roof this year and New Image Roofs completed the roof replacement for us. From the very first call, Chad and Brandon walked us through the whole process and made it easy. They worked with our insurance company to advocate for us and then saw it through with a great quality repair that only took 1 day to complete. We were very happy with them and certainly recommend to others.

New Image was prompt, courteous and thorough in their work. Chad Cannon came out to do the estimate. He was professional and quick with the info I needed. (The job was for the repair of a leak.) I obtain four quotes and based on their pricing and my opinion of their follow-thru I hired New Image. The two man crew arrived in the promised timeframe and worked diligently for about three hours. Prior to leaving the job site, the leader of the two man crew offered to do a water test to make sure the job was secure. It was! I have a twelve month warranty on this repair and I feel confident they would back it up if there were any problems. They took photos of the work and explained the repair to me once the job was done. I would hire them again without hesitation.

New Image Roofs did a great job correcting several issues I was having with my roof and gutters on my home. The team did all the work as promised and completed the cleanup before they left. Chad was especially helpful in keeping me informed of everything going on and ensuring we were not inconvenienced in any way. I will definately use them for future projects!

If you're looking for a reputable roofing company, I highly recommend New Image Roofs. From the initial free inspection and discussion with salesman, Jimmy Lawless, to my Traveler's adjuster's inspection, when New Image Roofs had a representative present, I was impressed that NIR expressed a desire to replace my roof with care as a service, with money a secondary concern and a reasonable estimate. Although we had a 2-day delay due to weather, NIR's team was here at 6:30 a.m., just as the day was dawning. They stripped off the old roof, removing satellite dishes and old attic vents, created ridge vents, and laid the new roof very quickly and efficiently, taking care to clean up the old roofing and refuse. Their team worked well, and the new roof was completed by 11 a.m. I'm impressed by their work ethic and excellence. I'm grateful that they were able to have the work done so rapidly and before Saturday's severe wind and thunderstorm. Working with Jimmy, Tommy, and Lori was a pleasure.

Thankfully, we didn’t need a whole new roof. But many roof companies won’t tell you that! They will often just convince you to just get a whole new roof. I dealt with Chad Cannon on other projects so turned to him for advice. He and Brandon of New Image Roofing inspected my roof for sources of water leaks. They diagnosed the problems areas, gave me the bad news/good news and an estimate to repair. It was reasonable and we went with it. Their team made the repairs in one day and left no mess in my yard.. all cleaned up. When these torrential rains came this week of Jan. 8th, we were dry as a bone inside.. my rain gauge collected 6 1/2” of rain over two days. Thanks Chad and Brandon… honest assessment, reasonable cost and job well done! I’ll call you again when we do need a new roof!

Marty Leedy at New Image Roofs did an amazing job working with me on a storm/wind damage roof claim that was difficult through Farmers Insurance which refused to comply with my homeowner insurance policy, but Marty helped me through a claim that took over 7 months to finally get resolved. Such a wonderful and pleasant guy to work with very professional!! NIR did an outstanding job with replacing my roof!! In the end, the quality of the work was excellent and everyone involved was very professional. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone!!

From scheduling the inspection to the install, Jimmy Lawless and the crew made sure we were informed and taken care of throughout. Everything was completed on time and according to the quote, to include handling the insurance claim. On install day the crew was awesome, and my new roof looks incredible. 👌

Adam Zeller was my contact for my roof . He was very professional from start to finish. He answered all of my questions and delivered a great product. A friend referred me to Matt with New Image. He was great! Very professional, and personable. (And showed up on schedule unlike the other guy).Luckily after this last storm no damage was found we didn't need to replace/repair this time but will definitely be calling him again if I'm ever in question.

I must admit that there was some anxiety about getting my roof replaced for the first time. I even had a hard time choosing who I was going to use for this monumental task. My neighbor then referred me to New Image Roofs and the rest is history. Marty and his staff put to rest any concerns that I may have had prior to our communication.
