Hampton Inn Madison

Writing for Herb Finn. We loved our stay. I am a bath person and was amazed at how much hot water I had. Room was very well equipped and clean with a full size sofa included. All the staff was friendly especially housekeeping and buffet people. Front desk also very accommodating.

This is a very well-kept property with very reasonable rates. The keyless entry system developed by Hilton Hotels was flawless; the front desk attendant was welcoming with two water bottles for us; the breakfast area the next day was fully stocked and the tables were clean and the lady who runs that area was very friendly and accomodating. Location is perfect, right off the main highway and a five minute drive to the center of town. We would definitely stay here again.

I’m writing this review, not for the quality of the hotel - but for the quality of the service. Shoutout to Pati for helping fix my reservation (even though she actually manages the kitchen) and being so intentional to ask about it later.

My family and I were in town for a 2-Day Family Holiday Gathering and we got a great rate considering that it was a holiday.The rooms were comfortable and I felt a little bit at home due to the relaxing atmosphere. The staff especially the manager was very pleasant, friendly, and made sure we were well taken care of. From walking up to Breakfast in the morning, coffee and tea throughout the day, and returning at night to a fresh batch of cookies out the oven...I(We)most certainly will book here again. Most importantly I have a 5 year old "water baby" so I'm glad that the pool was open for her to splash around for a couple hours.

Great place for overnight. Next to I-20. Great check in lady who looked up my Hilton Honors number to make sure I got my points. Best check in in about 15 years. Friendly and helpful. And I use to travel over 100,000 miles a year and stayed overnight more than a n 90 days a year. Room clean and comfortable.

Cons: small entry before reception area and hardwood floors in our room and very slippery, they seem understaffed in front desk employees

Always pleased with Hampton, never surprised. Great intake staff here and a reasonable location in this beautiful town. We have stopped here before and definitely would again. Clean rooms, good breakfast and pleasant, helpful servers.

The beds were comfprtable, but the pillows we too soft for us. The staff were wonderful. They were helpful, polite and kind when we needed anything. It's a great location. Close to the downtown historic area and resturants.

Nice hotel right off the interstate. We checked in late afternoon and they had fresh cookies for the kids to snack on while we were checking in. Rooms were quiet and clean. Breakfast in the morning was quite good. Small outdoor pool in the rear of the building with plenty of chairs to sit in.

Very pleasant front desk. Exceptionally clean. Best breakfast many selections quality food. And great price. My husband was so happy he joined the rewards club and got an even better price.

The staff was a cut above thoose of other hotels we have Stayed at in the past. They were friendly, courteous and eager to help in any way. It seemed to be a well managed hotel.

Book group rooms for our business. Management was easy to work with and communication was excellent.

Clean, affordable and very nice staff! Free breakfast was good, they accommodated us last minute and let us check in early because of switching from a nightmarish nearby hotel. We would definitely return here!

Room was booked online but when arrived did NOT have they overbook! But, Nina took care of us and all was well.
Nina makes you feel at home and is so sweet! Beautiful smile and her personality shines thru! She is very respectful and has a heart for special needs kids! Made our nights stay awesome!

Had a great stay here. The room was clean and the staff are super nice! I spilled orange juice on my way back to my room, the cleaning lady not only cleaned it up for me, but went downstairs and brought juice for me and my cousin! Great customer service here.

The hotel itself is quite ordinary, but the staff is awesome in a way that is difficult to describe. Kind and personable, they seemed honestly interested in making the stay just right. Efficient check-in, warm cookies, extra coffee, and replacement for forgotten toothpaste with a smile. The beds are comfy, breakfast nice, and location right for what I needed, but the management and staff were exemplary.

Loved our two night stay. The woman working the front desk both days was very good at her job and extremely pleasant. I liked that their breakfast had a lot of nice touches like a bunch of toppings for waffles and oatmeal. Room was great, clean.

Only stopped for the Tesla Supercharger in the parking lot. Which was great. Fast, and no one around at midnight. Still felt safe, enough light, and could have gone to hotel if we needed bathroom. I would not want to walk to any of the restaurants from the charger, but there was quite a few at the exit.

Great experience for an interstate hotel. Quiet, clean room. Quick, easy walk to McDonald's. Beautiful, historic downtown Madison is a 5 minute drive away.
